2. CITY GARDEN HIRE Situated on the north-facing platform, City Garden is an impressive space set in the idyllic gardens with vistas across St. Paul s Cathedral, The Gherkin, Canary Wharf and beyond. Guests access from the lift to the space is through the beautiful garden. This is a contemporary, blank canvas setting with unique views and a beautiful botanical backdrop, perfect for any occasion corporate or social. This stunning rooftop space offers west-facing views across the capital with sumptuous interiors. To complement the sophisiticated setting, Head Chef Dan Fletcher will create exceptional dining for you and your guests. This is the perfect setting for special celebrations, corporate occasions and private parties. 4. FENCHURCH TERRACE HIRE Fenchurch terrace is a secluded and elegant space, offering peaceful exclusivity. This terrace, adjacent to the sophisticated Fenchurch restaurant, is perfect for drinks receptions, accompanied by unspoilt views of the city from the top of Sky Garden. With a wide selection of innovative drinks perfectly paired with bar nibbles, the space is ideal for intimate occasions. FOOD AND BEVERAGE All food and beverage is provided by London s leading luxury event caterer and restauranteur rhubarb, who manage Sky Garden. Sky Garden has a number of catering packages available, dependent upon timings and guest numbers at your event. These are available upon request. From fine dining for 16 guests in the Private Dining Room to brasserie dining for 20 guests in Darwin, as well as group bar bookings for parties of 5-60. TERMS & CONDITIONS * Prices shown within this brochure are valid until 31st December 2018. * Venue hire, minimum spend and catering prices listed are exclusive of VAT at 20% and a discretionary service charge at 12.5%. * Any additional requirements are charged as extra and all additional arrangements such as flowers, AV, additional security guards, entertainment and production must be arranged with Sky Garden s approved suppliers. * The published timings include your pre- and post- event access and should include set up and preparation. * The venue has to be returned by the published timings unless otherwise agreed prior to the event. To extend beyond we charge 2000 per hour until 2am in City Garden. * Full terms and conditions will be issued with the contracts for the booking.
