COMPREHENSIVE COMMENTS Legend: Alignments W1 and W2 are the least preferred alternatives with respect to construction cost, primarily because of the greater length of east-west collector roads (Robert Ferrie Drive and Street A in Doon South) and the associated services carried in the those corridors.
