This means hydrauic baancing is achieved in one simpe operation. The set fow rate is constanty adapted, i.e. if the rate becomes too high, e.g. due to cosing adjacent circuits, Dynacon Ecipse contros the fow automaticay to the set vaue. Fiing-, draining and fushing, / connection, swiveing Function Ecipse fow imiter A reguating part is set to the cacuated contro rate by turning the digit cap with the setting key or an 11 mm end wrench. If the fow rate increases at the vave the rising pressure moves the seeve, thus constanty imiting the fow to the set vaue. The set fow rate is therefore never exceeded. If the fow rate drops beow the set vaue a spring presses the seeve back to its origina position.

With conventiona heating circuit manifods with throtte vaves and fow indicators setting the required water quantities is a time-consuming affair. The setting required at the throtte vaves must either be cacuated or set using fow indicators at the manifod. However, the quantities of water distributed in this way ony correspond to maximum requirements. When individua heating circuits are turned off, the quantity of water no onger required is distributed over the adjacent circuits resuting in an oversuppy in these circuits. The automatic hydrauic baance with Dynacon Ecipse avoids this oversuppy in individua heating circuits. This ensures optimum temperature distribution, saves energy and increases comfort. Operation Fow setting Stepess setting between to 0 (0 to 00 /h). P ace the setting key on the vave insert. T urn the setting too so that desired setting vaue is pointing at the index* of the vave body (see fig.). R emove the key or 11 mm end wrench. The vave is now set. The setting is changed using a specia setting key (artice No. 90-02.) or an 11 mm end wrench, to ensure tamper proof setting. We refer to technica standards EN 1, VDI20 and ON H19-1 to be carefuy attended. Each heating circuit must be individuay fied, fushed and vented: Cose the ba/shut-off vaves (1). Cose a thermostatic inserts with the protection caps (). A fow controers (2) or fow meters () must be competey open! Connect the fi- and drain hose and open the fiing, draining, fushing and venting device (). Fi/Fush the circuits each by each. Open the thermostatic insert of the 1. heating circuit with the protection cap () competey. After fushing the 1. circuit cose the corresponding thermostatic insert and fi/fush the next circuit. Setting of the fow controer or fow meter: See Instaation and operating instruction. Pressure test Pressure test duration before and during screed aying. The test pressure is 1. times of the permissibe operating pressure. Therma fuid To stop any damage and scae in hot water heating systems, the composition of the therma fuid is to conform to VDI Directive 20. For industria and ongdistance energy systems, see appicabe codes VdTÜV and 1/AGFW FW 10. Minera oi in the therma fuid and/or a kinds of ubricants containing minera oi ead to considerabe sweing and, in most cases, to the faiure of EPDM seas. When using nitrite-free antifreeze and anti-corrosive based on ethyene gyco, technica advice especiay on additive concentration is to be taken from the anti-freeze/anti-corrosive manufacturer s documentation. Functiona heating Carry out functiona heating of heating screed conforming to standards in keeping with EN -. 1 mm Eariest start for functiona heating: Cement screed: 21 days after aying Anhydrite screed 7 days after aying Begin 20 C - 2 C fow temperature and maintain for days. Then set maximum design temperature and maintain for days. Fow temperature can be reguated by controing the heat generator.
