Characteristics and test methods Energy Efficiency in Refrigerating appliances, Refrigerators Freezers and for Domestic Use Establishes methods to determine the efficiency from the tests, and also specifies the methods to obtain the losses of a certain nature when these are required for other purposes. Introduces the following modifications to the Standard NTPIEC 60034-2/ 2001, according to the corresponding standard IEC 34-2/A2:199. Establishes the minimum efficiency values and the labeling specification which should be complied with by electric motors to which this Standard refers Establishes the test method to be applied to verify the thermal efficiency of the package type boilers with smoke pipes and water pipes without heat recovery equipment at the moment of their reception. All boilers which are within the field of application of this Standard should be tested. Establishes the thermal efficiency standards which should be complied with by new industrial boilers without heat recovery equipment. Establishes essential characteristics of the domestic refrigerators, with or without storage or low temperature compartments which are completely assembled in factory, and proposes test methods for checking these characteristics. Specifies the essential characteristics for domestic appliances for storage of frozen food and freezers for food cooled by internal forced air circulation and for refrigerators-freezers with or without frozen food storage compartments or hold, cooled by internal forced air circulation, which are completely assembled in factory and dictates the test methods for checking these characteristics. Establish the energy consumption of reference CER and the ranks of energy consumption which will permit to classify food refrigerators, refrigerators-freezers and freezers according to their energy behavior, specifying the contents of the label of energy consumption for all the types of domestic refrigeration appliances operated with hermetic motor compressor when they are tested and classified according to what is established in Chapter 15 of standard NTP-ISO 8561 and standard NTP ISO 7371. Ballasts for tubular Requirement for functioning Control devices for lamps. Part 1: General requirement and safety features. Establishes the test methods to determine the thermal behavior of solar energy collectors which uses one single phase and do not have significant energy interior feed. Establishes a set of technical requirements for the components of the photovoltaic system, such s the photovoltaic modules, the batteries, load controllers, fluorescent lamps and the integrated photovoltaic system. Likewise, is established a procedure to obtain the energy capacity of a photovoltaic system. Establishes the main principles for designing a solar heating system for drainage waters, with collectors with plane plates without inside energy storage and storage deposit Establishes the procedures and precise techniques to install a Water Heating System with Solar Energy, considering the conditions and general characteristics of the destination physical space. Establishes the test procedures which will permit to define the yield of the Solar Energy Water Heating (Sistemas de Calentamiento de Agua con Energía Solar (SCAES)) under direct exposure to solar radiation (out of doors tests), without auxiliary reinforcement for heating, to forecast annual yield of the system for a period of twelve (12) hours of daily heating. Establishes the minimum energy efficiency specifications which Compact Fluorescent Lamps should have in Peru, so they can have official certification. Likewise, sets the technical parameters, both electronic and luminous, the values of which should be complied with by the Compact Fluorescent Lamps. Establishes the specifications which should be complied with by the design of the energy efficiency label for domestic use lamps. Also specifies the classes of energy efficiency that a lamp has.
