E prerequisite : Fundamental Refrigerant Management The 0XV does not use chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) refrigerants thus satisfying the prerequisite statement. E credit : Optimise energy performance ( to 9 points) Points for this credit are assigned depending the energy cost reduction virtually achievable by the new building, compared to SHRE 90,-007 reference. The 0XV, which is designed for high performance especially during part load operation, contributes reducing the energy consumption of the building and therefore helps gaining points within this credit. In addition, the Carrier HP (Hourly nalyses Program) can be used as an energy analyses program complying with the modeling requirements for this credit and produce reports that are easily transferable to LEED templates. E credit 4: Enhanced refrigerant management ( points) With this credit, LEED awards systems that minimize the Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and Globlal Warming Potential (GWP) of the system.the 0XV uses a reduced R4a charge and therefore contributes toward satisfying this credit under LEED. NOTE: This section describes the prerequisites and credit require-ment in LEED for New Construction and is directly related to the 0XV.
