Transportation Model Based upon total development forecasted through 2040 using Iteration 3 land uses Evaluates the overall functionality of proposed transportation network Takes a conservative approach (Almost everyone traveling alone by car) Model will continue to be refined as part of VDOT review of CPAM

Board Action Requested Board of Supervisors may direct staff to make the changes to the Silver Line Area Transportation Plan as recommended by TLUC for evaluation and analysis Board of Supervisors may direct staff to make revisions to the plan and present to TLUC for further study and evaluation in November 2016 Board of Supervisors may direct postponing the Planning Commission consideration until December 2016 17
