All the new buildings will be built at least 1,5 m over actual level of the island. Because of the length of the island (2,5 Km) and that all land is flat, a complex pumping system has been designed for the sewerage. To avoid the cross of the trash trucks along the island a pneumatic gathering system will be developed. Flood protection wall for the Downtown of the island (1 m high)
Rain water tanks (2.100 m 3 each) with pumping and cleaning systems. The rain water will be used to water the gardens and clean the streets, and will protect the Downtown when the tide is up
