Proposed improvements include the widening of the Bethesda Trolley Trail, secondary path re-alignment, a pullup bar fitness station, new benches, new picnic tables, a stormwater management facility, and tree plantings. The plan also shows a reference to the playground enlargement plan on Page of 6, which contains specific information on the proposed improvements to the playground itself. Page of 6 Playground Plan Page of 6 shows a plan view of the proposed improvements to the playground at Battery Lane Park. Proposed improvements include new play equipment for ages two () through twelve (), concrete edging around the playground, engineered wood fiber safety surfacing, benches, picnic tables, and fencing between the trail and playground.
