I.D. 1801-0001 01/2/2018 1016 Henry Administration Building Theft over $1000.00 6 (A) $1100.00 Two laptop computers were reported stolen from a kiosk in the Henry Admin. Building. Investigation pending. 1801-0002 01/2/2018 1129 CMRC CDS An RA doing a room inspection observed suspected CDS (Marijuana) and contacted police. Officers responded and confiscated the same. Test produced positive results. Referred to Student Affairs. 1801-0003 01/2/2018 1207 Tubman Fire Alarm Activation Officers responded to an alarm of fire. ABM Janitorial Service persons advised a fire sprinkler pipe ruptured and flooded a bathroom on the second floor of Tubman Hall. Facilities was advised, responded and turned the water off. Fire Line (contracted company) silenced the alarm. 1801-0004 01/03/2018 1227 Center for Natural Science Fire Alarm Activation Officers responded to an alarm of fire. A canvass of the building revealed a frozen pipe broken on the roof which caused a bathroom and two labs to flood on the third floor. 1801-0005 01/05/2018 1430 Library Disorderly Conduct Officers responded to a call for a disorderly person. An individual was refusing to obey the library JA JA

policy of being quiet after being advised to do so by staff members. Officers escorted the individual out of the area without incident. Referred to Student Affairs. 1801-0006 01/10/2018 1735 Theft Theft from Auto 6(c) $20.00 Officers responded to an individual complaining of their fraternity decorative license plate missing from their vehicle. Investigation pending. 1801-0007 01/11/2018 0900 Henry Medical Call An employee slipped and fell as they were attempting to enter their office. Employee refused medical attention and was advised to advise their supervisor of the incident and to complete an employee injury form. 1801-0008 01/08/2018 1727 James Gym Disorderly Conduct Officers responded to athletes that were being disorderly during an athletic event. The athletic staff quelled the athletes and requested officers remain in the area. 1801-0009 01/16/2018 1713 Goodloe Misc. Incident (Domestic Dispute) A student was attempting to retrieve items shared with a domestic partner during their relationship. Individual was advised of the procedures of handling civil matters in the court and escorted from the area with a trespass warning. JA 1801-0010 01/17/2018 0215 Lot C Property Damage Complainant reported their

vehicle being damaged while snow removal occurred by BSU staff. Incident is under review. 1801-0011 01/22/2018 0100 Holmes Burglary (unfounded) Student reported belongings being illegally removed from their residential dwelling while on winter break. Investigation revealed janitorial services discarded the items while cleaning during that time. 1801-0012 01/23/2018 0845 Henry Medical Call Student slipped and fell while walking on the first floor of the Henry building. Wet conditions outside contributed to slippery conditions inside. Wet floor signs were in the immediate area where the student fell. Victim was transported to hospital by EMS. 1801-0013 01/23/2018 1247 Robinson Theft from Auto 6 (B) $100.00 Complainant reported their vehicle s tag stolen. Investigation pending. 1801-0014 01/23/2018 1810 Haley Hall Report Number issued in Error Report Number issued in Error 1801-0015 01/26/2018 1530 Proctor Theft Under $100.00( unfounded) 1115 Building Complainant advised their purse was missing from a hand bag in their office which was left unsecured. Investigation revealed the purse was left at the residence of the complainant. 1801-0016 01/28/2018 0249 CMRC Misc. Incident (Verbal Dispute) A verbal dispute occurred between friends with regard to personal items. 1801-0017 01/28/2018 0855 Lot C Assault 1 st Degree Officers received a phone call advising of an incident which 1115

occurred earlier in the day. Two students were sitting in a vehicle on a parking lot when a group of people pulled one out of the vehicle and began hitting and kicking the student. Minor injuries sustained. Follow-up investigation pending. 1801-0018 01/29/2018 1030 LOT K Impound Illegally parked vehicle was ticked and towed 1801-0019 01/26/2018 1420 Transportation Property Damage Office of Procurement reported damage to a vehicle that was rented by a staff member. 1801-0020 01/30/2018 1253 Library Medical Call Officers responded to a person complaining of breathing problems.officers were advised the victim has heart problems and EMS was called immediately. EMS responded and the victim refused transport and was taken off campus. by a family member 1801-0021 01/30/2018 1830 Lot J Disorderly Conduct During patrol officers observed what appeared to be a physical altercation about to occur. Officers intervened and separated the individuals without incident. 1801-0022 01/30/2018 1643 N. Science Theft Under $1000.00 6 (c) $40.00 Staff member reported a microwave oven stolen. Investigation pending. 1801-0023 01/31/2018 0047 Holmes Medical Emergency Student that injured their foot off campus responded to campus and called 911. Officers and 1115 1145

EMS responded.
