Atlas / Helios version Construction features Coil The coil of Sabiana Atlas and Helios unit heaters with steel tubes Ø and aluiniu fins has the following advantages copared with the copper-aluiniu sall diaeter tube coils: the aterial used for the steel tube, which is very thick ( instead of 0, - 0, ), akes the Sabiana coil extreely sturdy and long lasting. The tube's large diaeter reduces the water pressure drop: this eans that reduced power pups are installed and a very rapid heating capacity is provided. The Sabiana coil for unit heaters uses a reduced nuber of tubes to give the sae output: this gives a low resistance to the air flow and consequently an optiu leaving air teperature and a very long throw. With a greater spacing between the fins as well as their thickness this facilitates cleaning and aintenance operations, which is essential to keep the unit heater efficient. The steel tube coil is the ideal choice for installations where all tubes and equipent are ade of steel because it avoids physical and cheical unbalance due to the interaction of different etals. The special paint coating akes the coil long lasting and increases the theral output. The Sabiana coil can be used with hot water, high teperature hot water or stea, even with a high working pressure. Each coil is subitted to two tests at 0 bars. Helicoidal fan The fan is of the helicoidal design with aluiniu blades statically and dynaically balanced. Its rational high capacity profile provides the highest air flow with iniu noise level and electrical consuption. The air flow is uniforly distributed through the whole coil and consequently the unit is very quiet. Electric fan support The finger proof guard also acts as the ain support and fixing frae. This frae, ade fro galvanized steel, is ounted onto the ain casing via residually anti-vibration rubber ountings.

Atlas / Helios version Construction features Casing Atlas version: the ain casing is anufactured fro galvanized prepainted steel finished in a light grey colour (RAL ) and is assebled fro three coponent parts. The steel is thick and prepainted before anufacture to prevent the aterial being subjected to oxidation. The use of steel with 00 gr/. (according to Euronor -) and prepainting guarantees a perfect finish and superior protection against corrosion. The coponent parts are held together by anti vibration screws that allow easy and fast access and aintenance of the unit and coil. Helios version: with the casing anufactured of anodized aluiniu, the elegance of this unit allows it to fit in environents with high aesthetic requireents, such as exhibition halls, superarkets and conference roos. In all cases, Helios adds an elegant technical touch to the environent it is installed in. Even its deflectors are ade of extruded aluiniu and have a particularly efficient wing profile. Louvres Louvres are ade fro a profiled prepainted steel sheet for the Atlas version or extruded aluinu for the Helios version, with a design that allows excellent direction of air flow. The adjustable louvres are held in place by spring loaded pivots which allow the rotation of every single louvre in the desired position without vibrations. Fourway distribution is achieved by the addition of a second set of louvres to the front of the unit, generally for downward application. JETSTREAM version Construction features Induction flow optiizer for Atlas, Helios and Janus 0 Sabiana unit heaters The Jetstrea induction flow optiizer allows the reduction of the ean leaving air teperature fro the unit heaters (Sabiana series Atlas, Helios and Janus 0) and to increase the throw of the equipent with considerable advantages both in ters of energy saving and environent cofort. The Jetstrea induction flow optiizers increase the air speed thanks to the special shape of its deflecting louvres which allow the creation of various streas of hot air at the unit heater outlet. The depression created between the layers induces a lateral aspiration of abient air that ixes with the air heated by the unit, thus reducing the leaving air teperature and increasing the throw. The leaving air teperature fro the units has a decisive influence on hot air stratification and consequently on energy saving: for each degree of decrease in abient teperature there is a.% decrease in energy consuption. Atlas / Helios version Controls Operation - Control switch on 0 : disconnects power to the unit heaters and thus the unit heaters are off. - Control swicth on fan : continuous operation of the unit heater at low speed. - Control swicth on FAN : continuous operation of the unit heater at high speed. - Control swicth on AUTO (only for devices with tier, BSA-A and BSA-D): enables the autoatic switching of the unit heater speed according to the status of an external - or -step therostat. The tier can be cobined with two different therostats, with separate settings for night-tie or daytie operation. Using therostats with changeover contacts allows autoatic switching fro low - high fan speed with the day therostat, and low speed - fan off with the night therostat. Using two-step therostats allows the speed of the unit heater to be switched autoatically fro high to low and to off when reaching the set teperature. - Function switch on day : by-passes the tier and forces the connection to the day therostat. - Function switch on night : by-passes the tier and forces the connection to the night therostat. Anti-freeze function The control is fitted for connection to an external roo therostat that is suitably set to a iniu required value. When the therostat with anti-freeze function is connected, the control panel switches on the unit heater at low speed, even if the Control switch is on OFF.
