Installation of exterior benches will provide an outdoor waiting area for students and other pool users. AP-SI-07 EXTERIOR WASTE RECEPTACLE UPGRADE Installation of heavy-duty and attractive waste receptacles will discourage vandalism and improve appearance of building entry. AP-EQ-02 LOCKER UPGRADE New lockers needed in Locker Rooms to replace lockers that are broken and rusting. AP-EQ-03 OFFICE FURNITURE UPGRADE New desks, chairs and tables needed for staff to replace existing furniture that is old, worn and broken. AP-EQ-05 WASHER AND DRYER UPGRADE AP-ME-02 AUTOMATIC CONTROLS UPGRADE New washing machine and dryers needed to replace appliances that are energy inefficient and frequently break down. Improvements to mechanical system controls will reduce maintenance costs, energy consumption and utility costs. AP-ME-03 DOMESTIC WATER PIPING & SHOWER UPGRADE New domestic water pipes and shower fixtures needed to replace leaking underground pipes and broken shower equipment. AP-ME-04 DOMESTIC WATER TANK UPGRADE New hot water tank needed to replace existing tank that is deteriorating and does not meet current plumbing code. AP-ME-05 DRYER VENT ADDITION Installation of a vent is needed at the clothes dryers to properly ventilate equipment and meet building code. AP-ME-06 DUCTWORK UPGRADE New overhead ductwork needed to replace underground ductwork that is rusting and susceptible to water infiltration. Auburn Pool Page 4 of 7

AP-ME-07 EXHAUST FAN REPLACEMENT AP-ME-09 HVAC CONTROL SYSTEM COMMISSIONING New rooftop exhaust fans needed to replace fans that are in poor condition. Commissioning of mechanical systems will improve operations while reducing energy consumption and utility costs. AP-ME-10 LOUVER REPLACEMENT New louvers and diffusers needed at ventilation system to replace equipment that is in poor condition and broken. AP-ME-11 NATURAL GAS SYSTEM METERING Installation of a monitoring meter for the natural gas system will reduce the gas consumption and utility costs. AP-ME-13 PLUMBING FIXTURE REPLACEMENT Replacement of toilets and sink faucets with water efficient fixtures will reduce water consumption and utility costs.
