10-18-2016 1342 (E3704459/CN16153280) Cuyamaca College- A Student reported their vehicle was scratched at an unknown location. Disposition: REPORT TO FOLLOW 10-18-2016 1352 (E3704482) Grossmont College- Deputies received a report of a 20 year old LIGHT SKINNED black male, wearing SUNGLASSES inside of a GRY HOND holding a handgun. Occurred 4 MINS AGO, AT TRAFFIC LIGHT RIGHT BEFORE CAMPUS, RP OBS MALE IN A VEH HOLDING A HAND GUN, PUT A CLIP INTO THE GUN. When the Deputy spoke to the reporting party they advised unsure if the vehicle had drove onto campus or drove onto the SB-125. With the assistance of deputies from the Santee Station, A.S.T.R.E.A. and an SDSO K-9 unit, the campus was checked to ensure the safety of staff and students. A.S.T.R.E.A. deputies observed a possible subject in a similar vehicle parked in Parking Lot 1 and the Child Development Center was placed into lock down for the safety of the children. Deputies determined the subject in Lot 1 was not the suspect described by the reporting party, no other campus buildings were advised to lock down, and the reported subject and vehicle were not located. No other incidents were reported. 10-18-2016 1558 (E3704739) Grossmont College- Deputy received a call of a male with pink hair wearing a black colored martial arts uniform acting weird in front of the south entrance of building 70. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL 10-18-2016 1600 (NO CAD) Grossmont College- Deputy was contacted by school staff who observed a suspicious male inside of building 60. The suspicious male was described as having red paint on his face, wearing a pink backpack backwards on his chest and a black coat. The Deputy located the suspicious person inside of building 60. They were a student at the school and the Deputy had spoken with them 5 minutes prior to the report of a suspicious male. The witness believed the box was a boxed wine but was unable to verify. Staff advised Deputy about a person, UNKOWN SUBJECT/NO SUSPECT DESCRIPTION taking pictures inside of classroom (Building 36 Room 346), posting them on Instagram, but had not seen the images as Staff member only heard through a series of friends the photographs were posted. Deputy could not locate the photographs on Instagram and advised the Staff member to contact CAPS or Sheriff's non-emergency line if anyone suspicious enters their classroom. Deputy spoke with reporting party who wanted to report a classmate who seemed odd due to his behaviors. Disposition: CHECKS OK 11-03-2016 1538 E3741403 Cuyamaca College- Deputy was flagged down at Building A from a mother who stated she was unable to locate her 17 year old son on campus. While assisting the reporting party, she located her son.
