A Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) brings together of a group of ULI members with a range of professional exper4se to provide focused, collabora4ve consulta4on to a local government or qualifying non- profit organiza4on. This TAP Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs) Sponsored by the Providence Redevelopment Agency This panel looked at the full range of op4ons from an unbiased perspec4ve. Panelists include experts in the fields of construc4on, architecture, development, planning, transporta4on, and parking. Panelists have donated their Fme Final Deliverable WriXen report (8 weeks) will be available at hxp:// boston.uli.org

RecommendaFons & Next Steps Parking Structure on Site A which gives parking for Flynn and replaces parking that would be taken away by Prairie Development PRA Takes Lead on developing a connec4on between ins4tu4ons, the city and neighborhood stakeholders Set up discussions with private developers who might be interested in partnering on site Invest in streetscape for Dudley and generally make streets more pedestrian friendly; improve underpass
