order information ORDERS, RETURNS, & LEASE FINANCING SPECIAL ORDER EQUIPMENT Select equipment is available with additional options or in other colors as a special order. Please note that these special orders may require additional delivery time depending on the item and manufacturer. Special orders are priced separately, and may not be RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. Changes to the order may be made if they are requested prior to the start of production. Please allow 2-12 weeks for receipt of special order equipment. PRODUCT/ORDER INSPECTION Customers are responsible for inspecting all product deliveries in a timely manner, and must report any damages (visible or hidden) or missing pieces to Armstrong McCall within 15 days of receipt. After 15 days, Armstrong McCall may not be held responsible for replacement of damaged items. REQUEST FOR RETURNS Requests for returns must be approved in advance and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No RETURNS, EXCHANGES or REFUNDS will be made on equipment after 0 days from date of purchase.
