It provides a location for enjoying vistas of the town's architecture and the natural beauty of the Moor Pool with its reedbeds and waterfowl. Has good potential because KTC and CEC wish to improve it to make it a better garden. Furthermore, it provides the ideal vantage point for viewing the Victorian red-bricked listed building that was the Bucklow Rural District Council offices, located diagonally opposite, over the crossroads. The site forms the middle section of a green corridor from Booths Mere to St John's Wood. Its integrity is essential for maintaining the biodiversity of St John's Wood. Contains PRoW.
