A majority of respondents could already identify land ready for development, and useful additions to the neighborhood: 25% support a new grocery store 25% would like to see neighborhood services, like community and child care centers 20% prioritize affordable housing 15% are eager for parks and community gardens
Community Land Trust Campaign A community land trust is a nonprofit, community-based organization committed to the permanent stewardship of land and the permanent affordability of housing and other buildings located upon its land. A land trust is a community-based organization that owns land in a neighborhood. It is overseen by a group of people who live, work and worship in the neighborhood.
