ACMCVTECH UNITARY AHU High Efficiency Unitary AHU (HEUA) are packaged with Huber & Ranner AHU, water cooled condensers and with optimized direct expansion cooling coils. HEUA are applied in commercial, industrial, laboratories and hospitals. Available as Horizontal or Vertical unit. Capacities range from 20 to 80 TR and can be fitted with Scrolls, Reciprocating and Screw compressors either operate on constant or variable speed or combination of both to optimize cost and energy savings. PACKAGED HIGH EFFICIENCY UNITARY AHU WASTE ENERGY (WE) RECOVERY ACMVTECH HEAU can be fitted as option with heat exchanger to recover waste energy from the compressor to heat water. This is use to control room humidity from 65% down to 35%. Some applications of WE in hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratories and process heating. VSD FANS and COMPRESSORS ACMVTECH HEUA utilize High Efficiency High Reliability fan -motors with built-in VSD (ECBlue motors) and are mainly used for VAV air distribution system to save energy. ECBlue are electronically communicated motors that can be operated from 5-100% of its rated speed. ECBlue motors are trademark of Ziehl-Abegg of Germany. Compressors are the main energy user of any refrigeration system that is why VSD is now a standard option to control ECBlue Fans capacity during partial load. HEAU with VSD is to meet customer s high expectations when it comes to energy consumption and more stringent local environmental laws. DIRECT EXPANSION COOLING COILS ACMVTECH HEUA are fitted with AHRI approved cooling coils. Coils sizing are computerized to match compressors selections. Direct expansion evaporators are available for R134a, R404a, R- 407C & F and R410A refrigerants. AHRI administers the ARI Performance Certified programs that test and certify the performance of cooling and commercial refrigeration equipment and components. AHRI is recognized as the industry authority on product rating procedures and performance monitoring.
Standard HEAU utilize reliable Thermostatic expansion valve (TXV). The TXV has external equalizers and proprietary bulb charges for maintaining constant gas superheats. Today Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV) have become more cost effective and with its inherent precise flow control of the refrigerant during full and part-load operation, the evaporator capacity is easily optimized. The EXV respond faster to meet cooling demands thereby improves the ACMVTECH HEUA efficiency. N is a control type for Constant Speed compressor that uses Temperature Controller basic Controller and relays for normal operations. M is a microprocessor based control use to manage the chiller operation. It has a small LCD display to read important data like, chilled water temperatures and refrigerant pressures. The M controller is able to record events that is downloadable with a computer. It has MODBUS protocol to communicate to the BMS. MH type is a microprocessor based controller with human-machine interphase (HMI). Like M type it will fully control ACMVTECH HEUA operation and important data can be displayed on the HMI. Operator can easily check the conditions of the chiller while in operation. The MH has also MODBUS protocol to communicate to the BMS as well as record events up to 30-days operation. OPERATOR-FRIENDLY MH type is an advance PLC controller option for all ACMVTECH Chillers. The Controller is programmed to manage analog and digital inputs to achieve control set point precisely. Inputs can be simple on the touch screen with Menus to guide the operator. Temperatures and pressures, power, and current of the motor is displayed. HMI Touch Screen Monitor REMOTE-MODE OPERATION (BMS): Auto start and stop can be programmed for the whole year operation. This minimizes the operators time. All the conditioned can be done and/or recorded remotely through MH MODBUS. The unit with MH is fitted with Local and Remote switch. AUTO-MODE OPERATION : Using a single push button the Auto-Mode is perform locally at the chiller s control panel. Once unit is switch on its operation is fully automatic through the PLC. SERVICING MODE: This allow the operator or serviceman to test the unit either preventive or during troubleshooting. NON-BMS MODE: Like the Remote Mode, the ACMVTECH Chiller operation can be programmed the whole year locally on the touch screen or HMI.
