PD&E Study Builds upon Environmental Assessment (EA) Finding of No Significant Impacts (FONSI) for PJ Adams Parkway Anticipated Type 2 Categorical Exclusion 3 Public Meetings 3. Targeted Project Schedule Under 24 months IJR concurrent with PD&E Study (IJR acceptance in 3/2018) Location and Design Concept Acceptance (LDCA) (PD&E Approval) targeted for 11/2018
