Introductions of AOTC industrial chiller In the modern industrial processes, the accurate temperature control is a key factor for improving the productivity and the product quality, and the competitive edage of manufacturing companies relies on the chiller for reducing temperature, improving product quality and production efficiency, and increasing the profit. To meet the requirements of customers, we offer a series of new design industrial chillers and supporting equipment for plastic machinery and perfect services aiming to minimize the productions costs. The industrial chillers are used widely in various industries, e.g. the cast blank and suction molding for the plastic production, to shorten the production cycle and improving the surface finish and transparency; and stabilizing the metallic ions and making it quickly adhering to the companents in the electroplating process; and also used in the chemical, hardware, food, blanching and dyeing, fishery, sauna, central air conditioning and other industries with the need of refrigerating! Part 3. Features of AOTC industrial chiller 1. High/low pressure protection for the compressor and overheating protection inside the machine. 2. 17 Part 5. After-sales service 1. Technical documents All labels on machines and lay-out drawings, Electrical diagram, User Manual, will be in English.HONGGAN should send all necessary files to the buyer since the third week since project execution. All documents in hard copies should be also shipped with machines together. 2. Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work a. After all machines are delivered to customer s factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes, etc. b. HONGGAN will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer s factory. c. The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved.
