The series take the environmental friendly refrigerant HFC-14a as refrigerant. On august 1999, the first sample170h-6p centrifugal chilled system gained the approval as national class new product, professional team's appraisal: unit's main technical performance is advanced among the same kind of products, with friendly environmental quality and excellent energy-saving effect, the market prospect is expansive. Centrifugal Chiller system Features Adopt new-type environmental friendly refrigerant R-1 series centrifugal chiller system take HCFC-1 as refrigerant. HCFC-1 is an optimal choice considering ozone depleting, greenhouse effect and energy effect. R-14a series centrifugal chiller system take HCFC-14a as refrigerant. HCFC-14a is the green refrigerant accepted internationally, without destructive effect to ozone, and accords to the standards of international environmental protection pact and national scheme of china consume ozone material gradually falling into disuse. Advanced technology & high efficiency The pneumatic part of compressor is designed through NREC pneumatic software which is one of the most advanced design softwares in the world. Adopts high-efficiency and three-dimension hermetical impeller designed for refrigerant HCFC-1HFC- 14a, avoids performance fluctuation caused by gap change between semi-open impeller and scrollcase. The heat transfer pipes of condenser and evaporator adopt high efficiency heat transfer pipes designed individually according to boil principle and concreting principle, improve gross heat transfer coefficient and as well as be able to realize the heat transfer with small temperature difference. The optimal matching of advanced compressor with new-style & highefficiency heat exchanger guarantees a high efficiency unit. Special designed guide vane can adjust refrigerant mass flow to fulfil partial load requirement, and by pre-regulating gas entering direction, refrigerant can flow into the propeller in optimal angle and Propellor overspeed test on overspeed experiment device of German Schenk unit efficiency is improved greatly. An extra high-efficiency cooler in condenser subcools liquid refrigerant and improves the efficiency. The energy saver between double stage compressors reduces unit power consumption by 5%, so as to increase cooling capacity of refrigerant per mass unit and compressed quantity of refrigerant entering into the first stage reduces, otherwise, refrigerant at intermediate pressure between evaporator and condenser will flash and the refrigerant between stages cooled by flash gas will improves unit*s efficiency. Optimize the pipe arrangement, reduce the refrigerant friction loss, and guarantee excellent operation efficiency. Reliable gearing & long-span operation Less moving parts in compressor and high quality components guarantee a coon lifespan over 0 years. The propeller is made of peculiar cast aluminium alloy and proved to be of sufficient mechanical strength and high erosion resistance after high precision dynamic balance test and over-speed test. The keyless connection between propeller and axis avoids the stress concentration and accessional unbalance of rotor. It will improve the reliability considerably. The technology obtained the national patent, the patent serial number is ZL015685.. Peculiar design of high precision helical gear counteracts the axial thrust force caused by propeller, reduces the gearing's load and makes the transmission smoothly. Hermetic motor is cooled efficiently by evaporative refrigerant ejecting. Therefore, it ensures unit safety and long lifespan and also can prevent the refrigerant from leakage. Reliable lubricating system The closed oil pump iersed in oil can send the pressure oil to the surface of each high-speed gear. Plate oil cooler cooled with refrigerant ensures the oil pumped by oil pump to be cooled to a low temperature. Impurity in oil is filtered by high precision papery filter. ensures the dynamic pressure oil film forming on high-speed gearing, and filter core can be replaced conveniently. The high oil box on top of compressor ensures the oil quantity used for gearing when emergent poweroff occurs, and avoids the gearing from abrasion. ide range of adjustable capacity The chiller system of medium & large capacity adopts nonvane pressure enlarger and inlet guard vane, hence enlarge cooling adjusting range, and the unit's coolingcapacity can be adjusted optionally from 10% to 100% at a invariable cooling water inlet temperature. Centrifugal Chiller system Features Low noise & stable running All the gears are rectified in height and width in order to reduce the mesh noise. The double-layer noise proof structure of gear box minimizes the noise level. Flux passage with optimized design reduces the noise level and refrigerant flow speed. Noise-proof device fixed on the inlet of condenser can reduce the refrigerant flow impact noise. The special design of compressor assembled with hermetic motor cooling by refrigerant saves the connecting and hermetic device between motor and compressor which is necessary for unclosed motor, and reduces damageable process, as well as reduces the motor outline dimension and motor noise. Be able to design non-standard products based on actual temperature of water inlet and outlet, so as to achieve the best energy-saving effect, fulfil user's demand. Advanced Micro-computer control system The special designed micro-computer control system can optimize control logic, improve operation efficiency, is reliable with long-term running. Touchpad display makes the operation easy and direct. Operation data and malfunction alarms can be displayed on the indicator, so to monitor unit instantly. The micro-computer control system can execute more than 0 control and protection actions and record the latest 10 error parameters, main control unit adopting advanced import components which have better disturbance resistance and guarantee the units work safely and reliably. The built-in RS4 counication port can realize central control. It also can connect with user's PC, and realizes remote control start, operation and stop. Adopts the PLC controller of CQM1-Japanese Omilong series to precisely control temperature. The control system adopts EL highlight touchpad display of GP-477 series produced by Japanese DIGITAL, and the moving picture will display operation interface, and operates each control by slight touch refer to wok condition indicator. In central monitor system, the micro-computer is connected with the CPU modules of multi sets of centrifugal chiller systems micro-computer control system (PC-LXZ-H) through RS4 port, can control maximum sets of centrifugal refrigerators and the water pump, cooling tower and other accessories.
