I sent an email to Leaf Guard shortly after installation about a concern that was never answered, called or checked on.i was sorely disappointed in this lack of response. They keep the rainwater flowing and the leaves out. I have had LeafGuard at my last three homes and love the product; however damage was done to paint on new wrought iron railings and I am still waiting compensation. The railings were scratched and white paint is on the black railing. Since customer service is the emost thing I look, even... While the Leaf Guard product is expensive as compared to other Vendors & products with out a doubt your are paying the quality of the product and the professional staff. Let me start by saying that I am happy so far with the new gutters and their installation.the only down side to the whole experience is that original quote I received was, in my opinion, way out of line with other quotes I was receiving from two other companies (four time more than the next lowest)... I was not present when the installation crew was here. There was not one small piece of debris left after they finished the job. I would recommend them to anyone because they did a perfect job!!
