Finned tubular heaters are manufacturted in a very wide range of dimensions and power ratings. They can be shaped into any pattern, depending on the application. Complete air heating batteries, that incorporate finned tubular heaters, are designed and built to meet the requirements of any civil or industrial-process air conditioning installation. 2 W/cm 2 specific-power finned tubular heaters are ideal for heating low thermal-exchange gases, by simple convection, to 450 C. Typical in static driers, ovens, incubators, room heating. 3 W/cm 2 specific-power finned tubular heaters are ideal for heating low-thermal-exchange gases, by simple convection, to 250 C. Typical in ventilated driers, low-power batteries, room heating. 4 W/cm 2 specific-power finned tubular heaters are ideal for heating gases in forced-ventilation ducts, in thermofans, industrial batteries, high thermal-exchange installations. 7 W/cm 2 specific-power finned tubular heaters are ideal for heating gases in forced-ventilation ducts. Immension Heaters Efficient, compact heating units designed to provide bulk heat flow system processing of fluids or for liquid accumulators. Normal and certified hazardous area constructions Very widely used to heat water, oil, gases, or for heat transfer. Standard models have ISI 321 tubes and brass heads. Stainless steel heads are also available. Standard contact box is IP40 in aluminium. IP contact boxes also available, as well as IP with builtin probe and thermostat.
