WATER TO AIR HEAT PUMPS TUBE IN TUBE COAXIAL HEAT EXCHANGER WCHBZ SERIES. DESCRIPTION General The WCHBZ series are packaged horizontal ductable, water to air heat pumps, with coaxial tube in tube all copper water/ refrigerant exchanger. Suitable to be fitted to an air duct distribution system. Units are delivered totally finished after a complete final run test, ready to be installed (air distribution, duct system, electric supply, control system, water supply, drain). Units are supplied with R407c refrigerant operating charge. Design and lay-out provide great versatility for any installation as well as easy access for future maintenance. Application mostly for shopping malls. Cabinet Made of high quality galvanized steel plate, finished with electrostatically applied and oven-polymerized polyester powder for optimum resistance against corrosion. The assembly is internally lined with thermo-acoustic insulation. Refrigerant Circuit Made of high grade refrigerant copper tubing, clean and dehydrated. Schrader Valves on high and low sides. Filter drier suction accumulator, reversing valve, etc. Brazing is made with silver alloy under inert atmosphere. Compressors Hermetic, reciprocating. Compressors incorporate internal inherent protection, oil charge and crankcase heater. All compressors are mounted on the unit base on vibration eliminators. Indoor coil Made of aluminium fins and 3/8 seamless copper tubing, mechanically expanded. Water / refrigerant heat exchanger Tube in tube type (co-axial), all copper, counterflow, water refrigerant heat exchanger. Fans Centrifugal fan that allows for air distribution duct system. Up to model 401 are direct drive motor (230.1.50). Model 501 incorporates a 230/400V.3.50 motor. Transmission is made through pulleys and belt for airflow, static pressure regulation. Fans are of reduced sound level, incorporated pre-lubricated bearings and are statically and dynamically balanced. Expansion Device Calibrated capillaries up to model 401. Restrictor (calibrated piston) on model 501. Air filter Made of polyurethane foam, washable. Fire class M1. Operation and control - Room thermostat. - Contactors for compressor and fan motor. - Overloads for three-phase fan motor. - High pressure switch (manual reset) and low pressure switch (automatic reset). - Terminal block for supply and controller Options - Electric heaters - Water regulating valve - Compressor jacket - Etc. DESCRIPTION Description The WCHZ series are packaged horizontal ductable airconditioners with co-axial water cooled condenser, suitable to be fitted to an air duct distribution system. Units are delivered totally finished after a complete final run test, ready to be installed (air distribution duct, electric supply, control system, drain). Units contain an operation charge of R407c refrigerant. Design and lay-out provide great versatility for any installation as well as easy access for future maintenance. Cabinet Made of high quality galvanized steel plate, finished with electrostatically applied and oven-polymerized polyester powder for optimum resistance against corrosion. The assembly is internally lined with thermo-acoustic insulation. Refrigerant Circuit Made of copper tube, refrigeration quality, clean and dehydrated. Filter drier and Schrader Valves on high and low side are included. Brazing is made with silver alloy under inert atmosphere (nitrogen). Compressors Hermetic, reciprocating or Scroll depending upon models. Compressors incorporate internal inherent protection, oil charge and crankcase heater. All compressors are mounted on the unit base on vibration eliminators. Expansion Device Models up to 501 use a restrictor (piston with calibrated orifice). Rest of models use a thermostatic expansion valve. Air filter Made of polyurethane foam, washable. Fire class M1. Operation and control Room thermostat. Contactors for compressor and fan motor. Overloads for three-phase fan motor. High pressure switch (manual reset) and low pressure switch (automatic reset). Terminal block for supply and controller. Main switch. Options Electric heaters. Hot water heating coils. Water regulating valve. Compressor jacket. Etc. Electric Supply Models 201 to 351: 230V 1Ph 50 Hz~. Models 201 to 751: 400V. 3Ph. +N, 50 Hz~. Some models available at 230V 3Ph 50 (to be consulted). Evaporator coil Made of aluminium fins and 3/8 seamless copper tubing, mechanically expanded. Condenser Tube in tube type (co-axial), all copper, counterflow, water cooled. Fans Centrifugal fan that allows for air distribution duct system. Up to model 401 are direct drive motor (230.1.50). Rest of models incorporate a 230/400V.3.50 motor. Transmission is made through pulleys and belt for airflow, static pressure regulation.
