Company Profile Yantai Oceanair Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Co.,Ltd. was established in 2004 and has been listed on the New OTCBB (Stock Code: 831870). We are mainly specialized in the development, design, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service of air-conditioning equipments, the installation and commissioning of refrigeration and airconditioning equipments, engineering design and technical consultation services. Our leading products include underground water source heat pumps, sewage source heat pumps, seawater source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, low and medium water chillers etc. They are widely used in comfort air-conditioning systems in residential and industrial buildings, and are also applied for water control in marine aquaculture, aquatic products processing, as well as process cooling, waste heat recovery and utilization in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or thermal power industry etc. Our products are sold to more than 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions domestically and are exported to over 20 countries and regions in Asia, Africa, Europe and South America. Backed up by a team of qualified personnel and strong scientific research capabilities, the company is continuously committed to the research, application and promotion of integrated cross-disciplinary and interdisciplinary projects in HVAC and refrigeration areas. We have been firmly keeping up with innovative technologies, processes, materials and methods in global refrigeration, heating, ventilation, heat pump and relevant industries and have been granted more than 30 national invention patents and utility model patents successively. The company is a pioneer in evaporative water chillers in China and is the only manufacturer specializing in the manufacturing of both special section steel tube-type evaporative condensers and water chillers in China, which currently represents the highest standards of domestic evaporative water chillers. Our products have obtained ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification, OSHA18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, National Industrial Products Production License, National Energy Conservation Products Certification and Energy Conservation Certification for Innovative Construction Equipments in Shandong Province successively. The company has totally invested RMB 3 million in establishing a product performance testing center with the domestic advanced level to perform performance testing for various products, such as low water chillers, other water chillers and water source heat pump units etc. in - cold water to 120 hot water, and the center has been granted the certification by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for and Refrigeration Equipment. The company covers an area of 45,000 square meters including the floor area of 22,000 square meters, with a registered capital of RMB 46.60 million and a total asset of over RMB 90 million. Multiple environmental friendly refrigerants are applicable such as R404A, R407C, R134a. Stable, Reliable and Efficient Operation 1.Famous international brand refrigerating compressor is adopted with no leaking, low noisy, and stable performance; 2.Efficient oil separation and reliable oil supply system with efficient oil separator design reduce the oil entering the system and improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger; no additional lubricating oil is needed after the startup, and standard oil heater (screw machine), oil flow valve or oil level controller make the unit operate stably and reliably. 3.When one or more than one of the refrigerating users stop the use of refrigerating or the refrigerating load decreases, one or more than one set of the compressor can be turn off to improve the work efficiency of the refrigerating system and save the electric energy. 4.Several compressors are in parallel connection, so when fault happened to one of the compressor, the other compressor can be backup, which improve the reliability of the refrigerating system. 5.The condensing pressure constancy regulation control system ensures a reliable operation in low environmental ; 6.The liquid reservoir with pressure vessel certificate is equipped with safety pressure relief valve; 7.Famous international band refrigerating accessories and electrical components are adopted; 8.The PLC microcomputer controller can automatically adjust the number of operative compressor and balance the operation time of each compressor according to cooling capacity demand. The capacity is highly controlled by the unit, and the service life and average efficiency of the parallel refrigerating unit is higher than the single unit by about 30%; 9.Fault separating unit is equipped. When one compressor breaks down, the other compressors can still work properly to guarantee a normal use to the customer. Advanced Computer Control System Advanced micro computer control technology is adopted, which can provide complete control and protective functions. The LCD controller is in Chinese and easy to handle, and with friendly human and machine interface. The unit can be operated through the touch screen. One-key startup & shutdown shortcut function Displaying the overall operation condition, parameter settings, alarms and records through the screen figures Operating as per the set program, such can be set by day (three phrases) or by weeks, then the computer will control the units to operate automatically, realizing the unattended operation. It can automatically diagnose and display the faults and has the faults statistic function. the faults can be inquired in three ways: fault code, fault times, fault occurring time. 2

Product overview The computer controller of the unit has the coordinated control function with the cooling water pump and cooling fan, which can make the system operate more safely, reliably, and energy-saving, furthermore, the controller can manage the whole water system of the machine room so as to reduce the investment in hardware of the control system of the machine room. Remote monitoring can be realized through the installation of RS485 communication interface Perfect and Reliable Protective Function The unit is equipped with perfect safety protective devices which can provide all-around safety protection. Default phase protection, anti-phase protection and overvoltage (under-voltage) protection to the power supply. Overheat protection, overload protection, anti-reverse protection, anti-frequent-start protection, exhaust gas overheat protection to the motor of the compressor. Protection for too low high-low voltage difference, too high high-voltage, too low low-voltage, too low oil level, too low oil flow, startup delay, sensor faults and startup & shutdown code etc. Compact Structure The compressor, oil separator, liquid reservoir, gas-liquid separator, economizer, oil cooler, gas return main pipe, liquid supply main pipe and electric control equipment are all integrated together, saving the installation space and the area of the machine room. Fluorine Barrel Pump Unit Fluorine Barrel Pump Unit The high efficiency fluorine pump liquid supply system is a kind of refrigerating system that employs mechanical action to transport low refrigerant liquid to evaporation terminal. The throttled low refrigerant liquid would enter the low pressure storage recycling barrel (include liquid storage volume and gas-liquid separation volume), then the fluorine pump will transport the low refrigerant liquid multiple times of the evaporation capacity to the terminal evaporator in each storage room. Part of the liquid would evaporate in the evaporator by absorbing the heat, the remaining liquid will return to the low storage recycling barrel with the air through the gas return pipe, then the gas and liquid will be separated, with the air sucked away by the compressor and the remaining liquid and new charged refrigerant liquid transported to the terminal evaporator by the fluorine pump for evaporation and recycling. Major advantages The evaporator possesses high heat exchange efficiency and good cooling effect. The circulation volume of the refrigerant liquid is multiple times of the evaporation volume of the terminal, which guarantees a sufficient wetting perimeter to the heat exchange pipe and improves the heat exchange effect of the evaporator. Turbulent condition exists in the heat exchange pipe of the liquid refrigerant evaporator, and the heat exchange pipe wall is not easy to form oil film and its bottom is not easy to store up oil, which would benefit the heat exchange effect. So, with the same evaporative area, the heat exchange efficiency of fluorine pump liquid supply is higher than that of the direct expansion liquid supply by 25%. Long distance liquid supply is guaranteed. By employing the mechanical action of the fluorine pump and overcoming part of the resistance loss in the system, the long distance can be realized. The system is easy to operate and convenient for centralized control and automation, and the operation condition of the refrigerating compressor have been improved. Hot fluorine defrosting is easy to operate. In the fluorine pump liquid supply refrigerating system, the remaining liquid in the evaporator can directly discharged to low pressure storage recycling barrel in defrosting, and after the defrosting, turn on the fluorine pump to resume the liquid supply of the evaporator. It is very fast to return to the normal and easy to operate. 24
