I-75/I-475 Interchange Upgrade Project Reasons for Project: Built in the late 1960 s, the current Interstate 75/475 interchange has outgrown its current design. The project will modernize the design of the interstate interchange, various ramps and build a new interchange at ProMedica Parkway, making the Central Toledo area more easily accessible.
