General Park Impressions: The park is maintained better than others but is starting to show wear. Interior roads and parking lots are in bad condition and softball fields need to be completely renovated. Tennis courts are used by school district and are sub standard for competitive play. Accessibility Level: Good access with paved parking and paved trails that are accessible for disabled. Has good visibility off of Adams Dairy Parkway.

Shelter size is 30 X 64 with grills, trash cans, water fountain, lighting and electrical service. 1. Shelter house is original and has is in good condition. 2. Concrete floor is even and has minor micro cracking occurring. 3. Picnic tables are constructed in house and does not provide the image desired. 4. Trash cans are 55 gal. barrels, while very functional, it does not provide the image desired. 5. The grill is rusted and is in need of repair/replacement 1.
