He has installed thousands of commercial and residential baths, and he continues to stay active in installation work thru his business today. Matt s personable nature and colorful stories always make for a fun and educational experience and high marks from all who attend his classes! Dean Passarelli Installation Procedures and Tools National Installation Trainer Dean has been in the business for over two decades, during which time he s has installed thousands of commercial and residential baths, and continues to this day. While Dean is dead-serious about his business, he never takes himself too seriously, and is the type of guy who would give the shirt off his back to help a friend in need. Linda Hess Ordering and Shop Online Customer Care Lead Representative lhess@bciacrylic.com Linda s prior roles as an administrative assistant to two commercial real estate attorneys, followed by a decade-long stint running her own day-care have prepared her well for the fast-paced days during which she fields a wide range of questions and special requests from dealers who need information fast! Linda joined the BCI family in 2013. Davis Glassberg Product Knowledge Senior Training/Project Manager dglassberg@bciacrylic.com Davis Glassberg has over 35 years of home improvement experience as an entrepreneur and sales professional. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1981 with a BBA in Marketing, Glassberg started the first of six successful companies, the most recent being Luxury Bath Systems. After bringing one-day acrylic bathroom remodeling to the Chicago area in 1990, Glassberg has personally developed or assisted in the development of numerous exclusive and innovative products utilized in acrylic bath remodeling today. From 1991-2000 Glassberg excelled at selling acrylic baths in the home for Heartland Acrylic Bath Systems three Chicagoland locations. He has also worked over 500 home shows assisting franchises and dealers throughout North America with their home show lead generation. As a sales and product trainer for the last 16 years, Glassberg has personally trained over 7,000 bath salespersons in acrylic bath remodeling and is considered an expert in bathroom product knowledge. In addition to training sales reps, Glassberg has also created curriculum for training call center staff, event coordinators, demonstrators, canvassers, promoters, and administration staff. Glassberg was also instrumental in the creation and the development of the current Luxury Bath Technologies ipad app sales presentation. Joining forces with BCI acrylic in 2015, Glassberg is now responsible for conducting product knowledge training for salespersons, installers, and owners for all acrylic brands under the BCI family. Joe Fayman Sales and Product Sales & Product Training Manager jfayman@bciacrylic.com Joe Fayman brings 25 years of home improvement sales and management experience to Bath Planet. He has been in thousands of homes and spent countless hours at the kitchen table helping customers fulfill their home improvement needs. While selling for Pella, Perma-Seal and Temo Sunrooms, Joe s sales credentials include Rookie of the Year, Top Producer and Million Dollar Producer awards. His experience training sunroom sales consultants, teaching sales systems and product knowledge suits him perfectly for the role of helping BCI salespeople exceed their production goals. Joe joined the BCI family in 2013, and is an outstanding classroom trainer, bringing his real-world experience into the BCI sales process, from entry to closing.
Brad Dimick Sales, Product and Dealer Topics Director of Learning and Development bdimick@bciacrylic.com Brad Dimick has over 25 years of experience in and around residential and commercial sales and training. He honed his selling skills as a Culligan Man, where he was recognized as a top performing residential salesperson. He succeeded in several corporate roles including regional manager, national training manager, and head of Culligan s National Accounts Sales program. He has successfully equipped hundreds of residential and commercial salespeople during his career, and became a sought-after presenter at Culligan s regional and national conferences. Brad later joined Veolia Environnement, a global organization serving the public-private municipal market, where he served as Program Manager at their North American campus. While there, he added elearning course development to his repertoire, creating online tutorials to support programs from enterprise software launches to presentation skills development and new employee onboarding. Since joining the BCI family in 2012, Brad led the development of BCI Sales Presentations and design apps, training curriculum and video production, and directs BCI s new dealer onboarding process.
