Hope Network, Grand Rapids, Michigan Hope Network has facilities throughout Michigan. Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. has installed and serviced their Fire Alarm systems for the past 8 years. There are at least 50 to 60 systems that are presently being serviced. Communications System Reference Ludington High School, Ludington, Michigan Riverside installed a new Dukane intercom/paging system. This system performs all of the paging functions for the entire building. Each classroom and office can be paged individually or all together. The system also allows direct two-way communication with the individual class rooms and offices. St. Mary's Mercy Medical Center, Grand Rapids, Michigan Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. has installed and serviced the Fire Alarm systems in the main hospital and their offsite facilities for approximately six years. All of their facilities have EST products. Reenders, Inc., Grand Haven, Michigan Reenders, Inc. builds and/or owns retirement facilities and communities throughout the State of Michigan. Fire Alarm - Check & Test Reference University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan Riverside reinstalled existing fire alarms in fifteen dorms throughout the campus. We have provided them with CCTV systems, Card Access systems, and Intrusion systems that have even included custom solutions to meet unique needs they requested. Riverside also provides them with 24 hour monitoring services and administers their emergency, after hours, contact list. Porter Hills Retirement Communities, Grand Rapids, Michigan Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. has serviced all of their systems for the past 14 years. All of their facilities have EST products. Fire Alarm / Design Build & Install Grand Rapids Public Schools, Grand Rapids, Michigan Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. has replaced many of their older Fire Alarm systems with the EST product. These replacements have been performed by our own installation staff and by subcontracting electrical contractors. We are also their preferred service vendor. Security System Reference Kalamazoo Gazette, Kalamazoo, Michigan Riverside installed a security/card access system in their existing facility and in the new printing press addition. The security system is integrated into the fire alarm system with the fireworks graphic package which allows the owner to have one display that reports the status of both systems. We also installed a new CCTV camera system which is tied into the customer's local area computer network to allow camera viewing over the internet. Communications System Reference Spectrum Health Continuing Care, Grand Rapids, Michigan Designed and implemented a Dukane Staff-call Pro Nurse Call system which also communicates with a wireless paging system that allows the staff to be mobile inside the facility instead of having to stay at one location to monitor the system. 4 / 7
National Heritage Academies, Grand Rapids, Michigan National Heritage Academies has charter schools throughout the State of Michigan. Riverside Integrated Systems has been the preferred vendor and EST product supplier for the majority of their schools. For all new schools, the product will be EST and in Michigan the supplier will be Riverside. Their schools are located in Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, and many other areas. Fire Alarm / Design Build & Install Metropolitan Hospital, Grand Rapids, Michigan Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. was asked to replace a Simplex system that was approximately two years old. We were told to redesign the system to meet State and local codes. This was accomplished with no violations from the local or State inspectors. Intrusion / CCTV / Fire Menards, Various Locations, Michigan At multiple Michigan locations, Riverside has installed security systems in newly constructed Menards stores. Riverside has met tight timelines to secure these stores and has often worked directly with electrical contractors on these projects. Card Access / CCTV / Fire Alarm Wexford County Courthouse, Cadillac, Michigan Riverside installed a completely integrated life safety system at the courthouse which used a UL listed Synergy product from EST. The card access, cameras, and fire alarm all work in unison to provide high level, and efficient security protection to the facility. Riverside also provides the 24 hour monitoring of the system, as well as annual inspection services required by the state.
