Services We Provide Asphalt Shingle Roof Cleaning: We apply 1 to 2 coats of our roof cleaning treatment solution to your roof, removing all black streaking and killing all the dead growth. Cedar Shingle Roof Cleaning: We apply 2 to 3 coats of our roof cleaning treatment solution too cedar shingles which is needed to make sure all small crevices have been coated. House Wash: We clean all types of siding on homes to get rid of unwanted dirt, and algae that form on the siding of a house. We use 100% biodegradable solution safe for the environment. Deck And Patio Wash: Soft washing of your Deck/Patio will kill all algae and moss. Power washing will only push the algae around giving a false appearance that the algae spores are dead. Power washing of decks should only be used to remove large amounts of algae, paint or stain. Gutter Brightening Scrub: We manually scrub the black streaks off your gutters with 100% biodegradable solutions. 95% of the time we can get your gutters looking like brand new. Roof Algae Preventative: We also offer a preventative to keep unwanted algae, moss, or lichen from growing back sooner. Roof Preventative application generally double the life expectancy of the roof cleaning and comes with a 5 year warrantee. Limited 5 Year WARRANTEE

Knowledge & Experience Our team is dedicated to restore the life back into your home by removing algae, moss, and lichens destroying your roof. We have the Knowledge and Experience to get the job done properly, safely and naturally! We clean any size home, commercial, & residential. Call any one of our 100+ references and view our before & after pictures on our website. Our cleaning techniques have cleaned over 15,000+ roofs and will gladly add yours to the list!

Under Promise and Over Deliver What Our Cleaning Process Is Like? We apply a special blend of 100% biodegradable solution, which destroy the organisms surface layer and eliminates the root system. We then let the weather and rain take the surface layer off naturally. We offer a preventative solution that is concentrated on preventing re-growth with a 5 year warranty. We use water to protect plants and tarp landscaping for added precautions. What Our Clean Up Process Is Like If you have extreme amount of moss and lichen on your roof will do our best to rake up and throw away in your woods what lands on your ground. Small pieces will be blown into your grass or mulch beds. This algae will biodegrade or get chopped up when you mow the lawn. Streaking Gutters If you gutters are dirty with algae, there is a chance when our roof solution rolls over the front of your gutter it can leave a clean streak. If you have not purchased our Gutter Brightening Scrub service we will not be cleaning the rest of the gutter to make uniform. Gutter Brightening Scrub Gutter brightening will make your gutters look brand new about 95% of the time. Some stains are embedded too deep into the paint of your gutter and just won t come out. Most of our customers are very happy with the service. If you are extremely unhappy with the results please let us know. Siding and Windows We clean all types of siding removing the unwanted algae. Algae can become embedded into some surfaces that are made with products such as latex or silicon and will not come out. Aged and weathered aluminum siding can be cleaned, although it can also leave an uneven appearance. Our technicians can test these spots and offer recommendations. We do our best to keep your windows streak free. There is a chance the water we bring or the water in your well might have minerals which would leave your windows spotty. If you plan to get your windows cleaned you might want to do it after the roof cleaning. Window cleaning is not a service we offer. Deck Cleaning Deck cleaning is very difficult to judge whether your deck can be cleaned by a soft wash process or whether it needs to be fully power washed clean. A soft wash will generally remove most of the light algae and clean aged wood. A power wash will remove all the heavy algae along with some of the dead stain or paint. If you are looking to re stain or paint your deck a power wash might be your best choice. Algae, Moss, Lichen, Mold and Fungus Spores Disclaimer If you have had moss and/or lichen growing on your roof for some time now, there is a chance damage has already been done. Safe Roof Cleaning LLC, is not responsible for any damage visible to where moss and lichen grew. The products we use are designed to kill the roots of moss and lichen, to avoid removal of granules. However, if granules are already destroyed, there is a probability some granules will be missing after the growths are removed. Certain fungus can create spores that attach to exterior surfaces and when left unattended for a duration of time will require another form of removal. Our estimator and exterior cleaning technicians can test these situations and offer recommendations. Painting, staining and repairing surfaces is not a service we offer. If you have any questions please contact your job site estimator or call the office

5 Year Warranty What does this warranty cover? This warranty covers any moss lichen or black algae growth on your roof for five full years after your cleaning. This five year warranty is a prorated warranty for the five year term. Included in this warranty is a two year guarantee. The two year guarantee will cover all cleanings of reoccurring algae, moss or lichen free of charge for the first two years. After that two year period our five year warranty will cover three fifths the cost of your original quote for the third year, two fifths of your original quote for the fourth year and one fifth for the fifth year. After five years from the start date of your first cleaning our warranty will expire and we will not cover any of your roof cleanings. All warrantees and guarantees only include asphalt types of shingles. Your original quote is the price we give you before any discounts or reduction in price. To correct the problem we will set an appointment within one month of you contacting us. We will then send our technicians to remove new growth of algae, moss and lichen, along with the reapplication of our roof preservative. This warranty only applies to customers that paid for the roof preservative we offer. We have the right not to offer our warranty to any customer even if they plan to pay for the roof preservative. All warranty s are void if shingles have been replaced after our cleaning. We have the right to reject a warranty claim if we can prove there are no algae on the roof. If you fall into the warranty where we will cover a percentage of the cleaning you will be obligated to pay your total bill within one month of completion. Please speak with our job site estimator and inquire about our five year warranty with the purchase of our roof preservative. Joshua Scavetta (Owner) Joshua Scavetta Name: Address: Date Of Purchase:
