Ⅱ.Function summary Max allow 6KW thermostatic heater, preheating, water temperature display and setting. Max allow 3 surfing pumps and 1 circulation pump and a blower. Multiple lights synchronously change color or fix color, and with Ozone function. Radio frequency display, 10 channels is available. 31 grades radio volume adjustment and display Long circulation cleaning and specified period circulation cleaning. 24 hours clock display and setting. All parameters will be memorized when power off. Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature display shif. Automatic water anti-freezing. Keypad backlighting function. Keypad lock function. Three phase or single phase, VAC or VAC is optional. With CD or blue tooth input. Ⅲ. The operation for turning on/standby 1.1 When the system is initially powered on, LCD will display current real clock and water 3
4 temperature, if the temperature sensor is open or short, it will display E1 (Fig. 4). The --- means that system is under standby status, the preheating and circulation cleaning is not working and closed. 1.2 Under standby status, press key to go into turning on status. 1.3 Under turning on status, press key to go into stand by status, LCD will show difference for the two status. 2. The operation of preheating 4.1 When A1=ON, the real clock and preheating setting time are same, when there is water in the SPA, the preheating will start, the circulation pump and heater will automatically turn on. LCD will display the finish time of preheating. 4.2 When the preheating is working, if the displayed finish time is ended, the system will automatically finish preheating. The user could also press key o turn off the preheating. 5. Long circulation and specified period circulation cleaning: 5.1 Press to start long circulation cleaning at any time. 5.2 When A2=ON, the real clock and circulation cleaning setting time are same, if there is water in SPA, the specified period circulation cleaning will start. 5.3 When the circulation cleaning start up, all the surfing pump and blower will automatically work 15s and then shut up, the circulation pump and ozone will start as well. The ozone will work 15 minutes and then turn off. 5.4 When any surfing pump or blower is working, the ozone can t work; When the circulation pump is turned off, the ozone also can t work. 5.5 During the circulation cleaning working period, press cleaning. key to turn off the circulation 6. Anti-freezing function 6.1 When the water temperature T<6.7, the anti-freezing function will start up. The heater and circulation pump will automatically start to heat the water.when T>7.8, the anti-freezing function will stop working and not heat the water. 6.2 This function will be effective when the system is powered on. 4
5 Ⅳ. The operation under standby status 1. Clock setting 1.1 When preheating and circulation cleaning are not turned on, press or to enter the clocking setting, the is not fashing at this time, but hour and minute are fashing. 1.2 Each press key to add 1 hour, when the user press continuously increased. The adjustment range is 0~23. key and hold it, the hour will 1.3 Each press key to add 1 minute, when the user press key and hold it, the minute will continuously increased. The adjustment range is 0~ The system will automatically delay 6s and then exit afer all the setting is finished. 2. The operation of circulation cleaning The circulation cleaning could be set up once in a day. 6 HOU R HOU R 3. Preheating setting The preheating could be set up once in a day. The details shown below: 1) When A1=OFF, the preheating can t be set up(fig. 9), when A1=ON, the preheating could be set up, LCD is showing ON at this time(fig. 10). 2) Press time, press key to enter preheating setting status, the PREHEAT symbol is fashing at this key to change the hours of preheating start time. Each press add 1 hour, when the user press adjustment range is 0~23. OFF key will key and hold it, the hour will continuously increased. Each press key will add 1 hour, the longest last time range is 1-19hours. 4) Press to confirm all the settings and exit circulation cleaning set up, all the settings will keep in memory even the system is powered off. 6

Heater operation 3.1 When the preheating is ended, press key to turn on the thermostatic heater. 3.2 When the heater is turned on, the circulation will start first but turn off afer the heater, the interval is about 5s. 3.3 If the water temperature setting is 35, when the water temperature reach or over 36, the heater will turn off, the circulation pump will turn off afer 5s(When pump 3 is off); When the water temperature reach or lower than34, the heater will automatically start again. 3.4 When the temperature sensor is open or short(lcd will display E1 at this time), the heater will not work and temperature is not under control. 4. The operation of blower Press key to turn on/off the blower. When B3=OFF, the max working time of blower is 25 7
8 minutes; When B3=ON, the max working time of blower is 20 minutes. 5. The operation of radio and CD 5.1 Press key to turn on or turn off the radio and CD. 1st time to press the turn on the radio; 2nd time to press the key to key to turn off the radio but turn on the CD or blue tooth at the same time; 3rd time press the key to turn off the CD or blue tooth. 5.2 When the radio is working, the LCD will display the current frequency and volume. 5.3 When the radio is working, the user could press frequency. 5.4 When the radio is working, press and to change the current key to take the saving channel. Continuously press to take out the channel which saved at different position.when the position is no channel available, the LCD will display ---. MEM 5.5 When the radio is working, press key to save current frequency. Continuously press MEM key to save it at different position,max allow 10 channels,they are Press + and OFF - to change the radio volume. A2 OFF No circulation cleaning function. ON With circulation cleaning function. A3 OFF: With built-in light synchronizer, the light can synchronously change color and fix color. ON No built-in light synchronizer. A4 OFF Display Celsius temperature. ON Temperature display could be selected by control panel. A5 OFF Could be equipped with two surfing pumps. ON Could be equipped with three surfing pumps. A6 OFF When the temperature is abnormal or the sensor didn t detect the water, the water pump and heater will stop working. ON All the high voltage loads is not controlled by temperature sensor or water 8
9 level probe. A7 OFF With water fow sensor, if it detected no water fow, the heater will not work. ON Without water fow sensor, could be equipped with any other manufacturer s heater. A8 OFF With Ethink control panel. ON With JNJ control panel. B1 OFF Normal mode. ON Testing mode. B2 OFF With radio function. ON Without radio function. B3 OFF The maximum working time for surfing pump and blower is 25 minutes. ON The maximum working time for surfing pump is 60 minutes and the blower working time is 20 minutes. Ⅶ. Warning and Error code hinting 1. For the family which sharing facility with others, the user have to provide an emergency switch while doing installation. And the user should easy to get access for the switch, the switch need to be installed at least 1.52m far away, it is near to the system and not out of sight. 2. The wire must be replaced if any damage occurred. 3. Please shut down the power supply while repairing or installing any parts or wires. 4. In order to prevent electric shock or water permeation, all the wire plug connector must be blocked and not exposed. 5. The system must be far away from infammable material or goods. 6. When the system is showing any error code, please don t use spa and go into water. 6.1 E1 : The temperature sensor is short or open. 6.2 FF : The system detected that the temperature inside heater reach or over 48 WARNING 1.Don t open spa s package before installation 2.Don t stock spa under sunshine directly 3.Don t cover spa with transparent film under sunshine 4.Spa must be filled with enough water or lid spa cover if spa is under sunshine Attention: Spa problem or damage caused by customer s transportation, stock, improper installation, improper use, is out of manufacturer s warranty Notice: 1.Spa must be filled with enough water and have power supply if it s installed 2. Spa must lid spa cover or other suitable cover if spa is not used. 9
