5 Absorption Chillers/Heaters Absorption Chillers/Heaters for all types of industries, ranging up to 9300 kw. Typical applications in industry for cooling water and for district heating/cooling. The production process generally produces a lot of excessive heat and waste heat that has to be discharged into the air if not recycled, as well as various types of reaction heat that needs to be cooled by a large amount of cooling media. This leads to great consumption of electric and thermal energy. The waste heat driven absorption chiller/heater can utilize different kinds of heat as the driving power to produce chilled water, not only saving electric power and thermal energy remarkably, but also reducing carbon dioxide emissions and creating obvious economic and environmental benefits. Features Multiple anti-icing measures: Eliminating copper tube freezing. Auto purge system: Pumping out non-condensable gases, keeping high vacuum and preventing oxygen corrosion. High maintanability of structure: Spraying devices in the absorber and evaporator are easy to dismantle and replace. Simple but reliable piping system: Reducing use of valves and minimizing leakage point.
