What sounds like a fairy tale is actually the success story behind the innovative trailer refrigeration systems of GOVI. GOVI was founded in 2002 by Lamberto Govi in Bonn, Germany. In 2004 GOVI started distributing cooling devices for refrigeration trailers in Germany and shortly afterwards all across Europe. GOVI cooling devices were different from any other devices from the competition in terms of reliability making GOVI products such a huge success in this short period of time. The dedicated GOVI team continuously improved the devices with an undying desire to develop a product that is nothing less than perfect in every single part. 6 TRAILER REFRIGERATION Whatever the purpose or the requirements, GOVI offers refrigeration units to fit. Cooling beverages, storing food and groceries for buffets, barbecues or caterers and party services our refrigeration units are designed to cover almost any cooling purpose. The cooling capacities range from 4096 to BTU/h covering insulated trailers of volumes from 335 to 1130 ft³, guaranteeing continuous cooling and freshness for all your goods. Both parts are mounted on an insulating core and form an easy to install plug-and-play unit. We use the same casing for all our refrigeration units standardizing the size of the cutout for all trailers. The casing is made from powder-coated steel sheet including a shapely front hood made from ABS synthetics.
