3 Stick Vacuum Important Safety Instructions IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should be observed, including the following. PLEASE READ AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE STICK VACUUM. WARNING! Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire or serious personal injury. The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. 1. DO NOT: a) Use the Stick Vac outdoors. It is for household use only. b) Allow the Stick Vac to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children. c) Use the Stick Vac with damaged cord or outlet plug, if it has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped in water. Return it to the service center for examination, repair or adjustment. d) Attempt to change accessories while the Stick Vac is running. e) Use the Stick Vac without dust collection box in place. f) Pick up liquids with the Stick Vac or use on wet floors. g) Handle the plug or the Stick Vac with wet hands. h) Put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked. Keep free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may reduce air flow. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes. i) Pick up pieces of string or fabrics with the Stick Vac or clean frayed carpets or tassels on carpets with the Stick Vac. j) Use the Stick Vac on concrete, tar, or similar rough surfaces. k) Use the Stick Vac to pick up flammable or combustible liquids. such as gasoline or use in areas where they may be present. l) Abuse the power cord. Never carry the Stick Vac by the power cord or pull the power cord to disconnect the outlet plug from an outlet; instead grasp the outlet plug and pull to disconnect. m) Leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before servicing. n) Pull or carry by cord, use as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners, run appliance over cord. 6 Stick Vacuum Assembly ASSEMBLY ATTACH FLOOR TOOL TO VACUUM Gently, but firmly, insert the floor tool into the air inlet hole on the bottom of the dust collection box. To disassemble the floor tool from the body, gently, but firmly, pull the floor tool from the air inlet hole on the bottom of the dust collection box. ATTACH HANDLE Pull handle install lever up and insert the handle (with pole) into the hole on the top of the main body. Re-attach handle install lever and make sure the handle is secure. To disassemble the handle, pull the handle install lever on the top of the main body and slowly pull out the handle. 6 AFTER SALES SUPPORT service@801service.net

7 Stick Vacuum USER INSTRUCTIONS User Instructions HOW TO USE AS AN UPRIGHT VACUUM 1. Make sure the Stick Vacuum is turned off and unplugged during assembly. Once the Stick Vacuum is assembled, make sure the HEPA filter is in place. 2. Plug the power cord into a power outlet. 3. Press the ON ( I ) switch, on the front of the main body near the top to turn the vacuum ON. 4. Press the OFF (0) switch to turn the vacuum OFF. 5. Unplug the power cord after each use. HOW TO USE AS A HAND HELD VACUUM 1. Make sure the Stick Vacuum is turned off and unplugged. 2. Make sure the HEPA filter is in place. 3. Make sure power cord is unwound from handle install lever. 4. Pull handle install lever to remove handle with pole from main body. 5. Gently pull on floor tool to remove from the dust collection box. 6. Insert the suction brush or crevice tool into the air inlet hole on the dust collection box. 7. Press the ON ( I ) switch, on the front of the main body near the top to turn the Hand Held Vacuum ON. 8. Press the OFF (0) switch to turn the Hand Held Vacuum OFF. 9. Unplug the power cord after each use. HOW TO USE THE ACCESSORIES 1. Crevice tool is used for cleaning radiators, corners, edges, drawers. 2. Suction brush is used for cleaning curtains, shelves, lamps and other delicate objects. 3. Floor tool is used for cleaning carpet and floors. AFTER SALES SUPPORT service@801service.net

8 Stick Vacuum Cleaning and Maintenance CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE CAUTION: Always be sure that the Stick Vac is turned OFF and UNPLUGGED before cleaning or attempting to store the item. NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR in water or any other liquid. NEVER operate the Stick Vac without the dust collection box and HEPA filter in place. Never leave the appliance unattended it can automatically restart. Even when the appliance stops working due to a overheating, make sure that the appliance is off and disconnected from the power source. Wait until the appliance cools down completely then the connect to the power source again. If the appliance does not work anymore, please return it to the nearest authorized service facility for repair. HOW TO CLEAN THE DUST COLLECTION BOX 1. Press the dust collection box release button to remove the dust collection box. 2. Remove the HEPA filter and empty the dirt in the dust collection box into a trash receptacle. 3. Shake the HEPA filter over the trash receptacle to remove dirt in the filter. 4. Replace the HEPA filter into the dust collection box and replace the dust collection box securely onto the main body. HOW TO CLEAN THE STICK VACUUM 1. Use a damp soft cloth to wipe the outside of the main body and handgrip. 2. The dust collection box (without HEPA filter) may be immersed in water to clean. However, do not use abrasive cleaners or put it in the dishwasher. Allow it to dry completely before re-attaching it to the main body. 3. Shake the HEPA filter over the trash receptacle to remove dirt in the HEPA filter. If necessary, the HEPA filter may be rinsed with water. Allow to dry completely before inserting the HEPA filter back into the dust collection box. 4. 9 Stick Vacuum Other Useful Information HOW TO CLEAR CLOGS Low suction or poor pick-up may be due to a clog in the vacuum canister. If you notice a change in the sound of the motor or a reduction in performance, check for clogs. CAUTION: Always be sure that the Stick Vacuum is switched OFF and unplugged before attempting to remove a clog. 1. Empty dust collection box. 2. Check dust collection box for buildup. 3. Check for clog in vacuum head. 4. Check floor tool. 11 Aspiradora vertical Instrucciones importantes de seguridad INSTRUCCIONES IMPORTANTES DE SEGURIDAD Al usar un electrodoméstico, se deben tener en cuenta precauciones de seguridad básicas, entre ellas: POR FAVOR, LEA Y GUARDE ESTAS INSTRUCCIONES ANTES DE USAR LA ASPIRADORA VERTICAL. ADVERTENCIA! Lea y comprenda todas las instrucciones. Si no se cumplen todas las instrucciones indicadas a continuación se pueden producir descargas eléctricas, incendios o lesiones graves. Las advertencias, precauciones e instrucciones detalladas en este manual del usuario no cubren todas las condiciones y situaciones posibles que podrían suceder. 1. NO: a) Use la aspiradora vertical en exteriores. Es solo para uso doméstico. b) Permita que se use la aspiradora vertical como juguete. Desconéctelo del toma -corriente cuando no está en uso y antes del servicio. n) Jale o transporte tomando por el cable, use el cable a modo de asa, pellizque el cable con una puerta, jale del cable por esquinas o bordes afilados ni pase el producto sobre el cable. 14 Aspiradora vertical Ensamble ENSAMBLE COLOCACIÓN DE LA BOQUILLA PARA PISO A LA ASPIRADORA Con cuidado y firmeza, inserte la boquilla para piso en el orificio de entrada de aire en el extremo inferior del depósito de polvo. Para quitar la boquilla para piso del cuerpo, con cuidado y firmeza, jale la boquilla del orificio de entrada de aire en el extremo inferior del depósito de polvo. COLOCACIÓN DEL MANGO Jale la palanca de instalación del mango e inserte el mango (con poste) en el orificio en la parte superior del cuerpo principal. Cierre la palanca de instalación del mango y asegúrese de que el mango quede fijo. 16 Aspiradora vertical Limpieza y mantenimiento LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO MANTENIMIENTO PRECAUCIÓN: Siempre verifique que la aspiradora vertical esté APAGADA y DESCONECTADA antes de limpiarla o de intentar almacenarla. NUNCA SUMERJA EL MOTOR en agua o cualquier otro líquido. NUNCA utilice la aspiradora vertical sin el depósito de polvo y el filtro HEPA en su lugar. Nunca deje el producto sin supervisión ya que podría encenderse automáticamente. Incluso cuando el producto deja de funcionar por sobrecalentamiento, asegúrese de que esté apagado y desconectado de la fuente de alimentación. Espere hasta que el producto se enfríe por completo y luego vuelva a conectarlo a la fuente de alimentación. Si el producto deja de funcionar, devulélvalo al centro de servicio autorizado más cercano para repararlo. LIMPIEZA DEL DEPÓSITO DE POLVO 1. Vuelva a colocar el filtro HEPA en el depósito de polvo y vuelva a colocar el depósito de polvo en el cuerpo principal. LIMPIEZA DE LA ASPIRADORA VERTICAL 1. Use un paño suave y húmedo para limpiar el exterior del cuerpo y el mango. 2. Se puede sumergir en agua el depósito de polvo (sin el filtro HEPA) para limpiarlo. No obstante, no utilice limpiadores abrasivos ni lo coloque en el lavavajillas. Espere que se seque por completo antes de volver a colocarlo en el cuerpo principal. 3. Sacuda el filtro HEPA sobre el contenedor de basura para quitar la suciedad del filtro. De ser necesario, puede enjuagar en filtro HEPA con agua. Espere que se seque por competo antes de volver a colocar el filtro HEPA en el depósito de polvo. 4.
