11 Trouble shooting method for central vacuum system The interface valve can't work 1. First, please make sure the power unit button is on the position of manual. If the power unit can't work, please check the power unit plug is right. Finally check the circuit breaker of power unit. 2. If the power unit works well, it should be the problem of wire between power unit and interface valve. Please short circuit the two signal line, if by this way the power unit starts work. That means customer needs change a new interface valve. If the power unit still can't work, that is the voltage between interface valve and power unit is too low. 3. If you have tried the ways above, but the power unit still can't work, that maybe something wrong with motor or PCB board. Note: please make sure repair the power unit by special person with authorized The central vacuum system suction power is insufficient 1.Please check the filter bag or container, make sure the dust is not full. 2.If the suction power of some interface valves are good, some are not good. That means some place of the pipeline are clogged. Please call for special person to solve it. 3.If every interface valve suction is insufficient, please check the power unit. Connect the remote control hose direct with power unit, then start the power unit. If the suction power is good. That means the PVC pipeline has been clogged. Customer needs call special person to solve the problem. 4.If connect with the remote control hose and power unit directly, and the suction power is still insufficient. Then pluck the hose, and put your hand in the power unit valve, if the suction is strong. That means the hose has been clogged, please contact special person to solve it. 5. If put the hand in the interface valve, the suction power is insufficient, then separate 控制开关 the power unit and pipeline and turn off the power unit. Check the inlet, if the power unit is strong, that means the pipeline or the interface valve is broken. Check all the interface vales and pipeline. If can't find the place, please call special person to solve it. 6. If check the inlet, and the suction power is insufficient. That means there is something wrong with motor. Please call special person to solve it.
