Thank you for your recent purchase of an Insignia steam shower. Please read this booklet with great care to ensure you get the best out of your build and have a shower that will last for many years to come! Like everything, in order to obtain a first class product that will serve you well for many years, the effort and correctness put into the assembly will reflect in the quality of your finish. First remember what you need from your new item then remember this as you build. The result will only be as good as the assembly! OUR BADGE RATING IN TERMS OF DIFFICULTY OF ASSEMBLY BASED ON CLIENT FEEDBACK 1 Badge = Very easy 2 Badges = Easy 3 Badges = Moderate 4 Badges = Harder than average 5 Badges = Professional skills required This shower is rated 4 Badges ASSEMBLY AND SIMPLE PLUMBING THIS PRODUCT BUILD IS RATED SUITABLE FOR DIY PURPOSES PROVIDING THE CUSTOMER IS OF ABOVE AVERAGE SKILLS AND FEELS CONFIDENT IN THEIR ABILTY. ONLY YOU THE CUSTOMER WILL KNOW THIS SO BEFORE ANY ATTEMPT IS MADE TO ASSEMBLY READ THROUGH THE FOLLOWING PAGES IN DETAIL THEN DECIDE. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT USE THE SERVICES OF A PROFESSIONAL. IN PICKING SUCH, ALLOW THEM TO DECIDE IF THEY ARE CAPABLE OF BUILD BY FIRST SHOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO THEM. AL- WAYS GET THREE QUOTES. REMEMBER THE BEST IS NOT ALWAYS THE CHEAPEST! REMEMBER PLUMBERS PLUMB! 90% OF THIS JOB IS NOT PLUMBING! ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TO HOUSE MAINS WHEN YOUR ITEM IS ASSEMBLED ALWAYS USE THE SERVICES OF A FULLY QUALIFIED ELECTRICAL COMPANY TO COMPLETE CONNEC- TION FROM SHOWER TO HOUSE SUPPLY. LAWS DEMAND IN MANY CASES YOU DO THIS AND YOUR WARRANTY IS VOID REGARDS ELECTRICAL ITEMS IF THIS IS NOT UNDERTAKEN. YOURS AND OTHERS SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT. NEVER ATTEMPT THIS YOURSELF. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT WE HIGHLY ADVISE THE PURCHASE AND FITTING OF A WATER SOFTENER 3 4

REMEMBER: These showers are designed to be free standing and movable from their location should you have need to replace anything. AL- WAYS USE Flexible braided water inlet pipes at least a metre long (not central heating plastic type! ) from house supply to the shower and again flexible waste pipe to join to your house waste. NEVER fix with rigid pipes, never fix the unit to the wall. DURING BUILD, LIKE ALL SHOWERS CORRECT SEALING IS IMPERATIVE. ALWAYS FIT "EASY TO GET TO TAP VALVES" ON BOTH HOT AND COLD WA- TER. THE SAME AS A DISHWASHER OR WASHING MACHINE THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE ISOLATED WHEN NOT IN USE NOTE: From time to time these showers may have small differences from that of these instructions. Due to continuous improvements and upgrades, this should not cause you any inconvenience just sometimes extra commonsense needs applying as changes YOU WILL NEED TOTAL ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS Voltage Rating AC Frequency Rating 50HZ Power Rating 3.0KW Other than steam generator Internal Circuit Voltage is 12V Internal Current Rating 0.17A Your electrical contractor should understand ALL legal requirements of connection before undertaking any work or installation. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES UNDERTAKE THIS YOURSELF!!! Note for electrician. This product comes with 13 amp plug(s) fitted with RCD unit. We leave the way you prefer to connect this to yourself due to continued additions to current regulations. As at October 2010 we offered two following alternatives. 1) Connect within current laws and IP directives using plug and RCD provided with steam version or supply one for non steam version 2) (Preferred) Wire into isolated fused feed connecting directly to the house consumer / service box. Remove the plug / RCD fitted and ensure the Consumer unit has capabilities to replace RCD feature. Always use protection against electrical surge. Your shower should be treated the same as a home computer. A surge protector should eradicate the possibility of either the transformer or computer control being burnt out because of this reason. Please note earth is required and found on chassis of shower tray. A further earth is required from Steam Generator unit. Each earth must ground through power supply line. Tools required 1. 2 People 2. Scissors 3. Silicone Gun 4. Knife 5. Tape Measure 6. Spirit Level 7. Phillips Screwdriver 8. Drill 5 6

Whilst the next steps show you how to assemble your shower we want to make sure you have a correct build to ensure you get a trouble free shower. What s In The Boxes? Please check with pictures, some of the items have been assembled by ourselves in order for ease of recognition as to what they are and can be used as reference in later construction 1. Bath shower tub did you order whirlpool? If so check now 2. Bath skirt (fitted) including lights if option was purchased 3. Bath headrest inc. 2 x chrome supports 4. Waste if purchased (fitting kit optional) Fitted but left loose. 5. Waste extendable flex pipe. (fitted if purchased) 6. Bath filler (fitted) 7. 5 Rear of bath you will see Steam Generator and electric box Roof section including Radio Speaker, Ozone, led lights extractor fan Fitted steam outlet (1), water filler(2) and water inlet (3) (whirlpool only) 1 2 For identification later this is ozone box

You now have three other boxes, the contents should read as below (subject to occasional modifications) Screw Packs 8 x Door wheels 4 x door stops 2 x Door handles 2 x Door trim magnets 2 x Trailing edge door trims 1 x Centre column inc jets computer control back rest all fitted 1 x Foot spa 1 x foot spa chrome hose 2 x Foot spa parking knobs 1 x Foot Spa 90 degree chrome connection 1 x Hand shower 1 x Hand shower riser bar kit 1 x Hand shower chrome flexi hose 2 x Glass Doors 1 x glass shelf pack 1 x Glass shelf Screw Pack 1 x Towel holder 2 x Front upright columns 1 x top door cross support 1 x bottom door cross support 2 x front tint glasses 2 x 90 degree front corner columns /glass supports 2 x Side glasses clear in aluminium frames 2 x Rear tinted mirrored glasses in aluminium frames 1 x Fitting kit to include (if purchased) 2 x valves, 2 x silicone sealer, 2 x flexi water connection hoses PTFT tape 11 Column box and contents 12

Door box and contents Another reason for this is you will know you had NO leaks prior to carrying the bath to it s location. If you have a problem after this it will be caused by handling and not a bath fault. The repair although in most cases, easy, is not covered by warranty! 2 x back glass and 2 x side glass IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU START THE BUILD Due to most bathrooms being small and this product takes a lot of room. This stage is the ideal and highly recommended BEFORE installing in your bathroom. While the bath is still in an accessible place (outside, garage etc) tighten waste if needs be. Now remove the protective film covering the bath BE CAREFUL!! NEVER TUG AT IT!! Take a knife and carefully cut around jets, waste light if fitted etc. In some cases the chrome surround around the larger jets will twist off to assist this. Now fill with water to normal height now leave for 24 hours. After this time check for any leak. It is a very rare occurrence indeed to actually have any form of seepage or leak but it is mentioned to check this way first because you will in many cases, have far more room to complete a proper inspection and should anything be incorrect, it is far easier to cure at this stage than carrying the bath upstairs then down again!!! Warning! Please clean the system before use. Like all products of this nature, however careful production may be or precautions taken, bacteria of many varieties could develop in pipes, pumps, jets and unseen areas. This is even more important should you not be fitting your shower bath for a reasonable period after delivery. It is therefore very important to minimise the potential of harmful bacteria and associate risks. Insignia Products together with our distributors Bath Depot UK are very aware of this and additional measures are placed to further minimise any harmful effect. Prior to dispatch within 48 hours to yourself, you new product would have been filled with water and features of the bath tested. At this point Chlorine was added to the water used to further prevent and minimise possible harmful bacteria. This needs flushing from your system prior to use. A simple precaution made by both ourselves, Insignia Products and you the customer can minimise or prevent many of the bad things we see today. Please do not ignore this procedure. Before first use of your whirlpool bath it is highly important you follow the following instructions. Fill bath with water to just above the chrome water inlet. All jets open, run whirlpool for 15 minutes with room area vented by having window open, door closed. ( NEVER run without water, pump will be damaged) After this time void all water. Refill bath and using a good quality whirlpool system cleaner, available from large supermarkets and on line, follow products instructions and allow bath to run again as the products makers recommend. Please see link: to our useful "Help" booklet designed to give further information all about your product. Page 23 will in addition, advise on regular cleaning and flushing your whirlpool system that not only helps maintain a healthy bath but prolongs the life of the parts contained to give many happy hours of trouble free bathing

Final Check! Have you got everything? If not please contact your supplying dealer now. Remember NEVER book your tradesman until everything has arrived, been checked and is present. No replacement / missing parts can obtained free of charge during or after build only within the timescale permitted (48 hours after delivery) and always BEFORE build. Adjust bath Feet TO START. GOT EVERYTHING AS YOU SHOULD? GREAT NOW FOR BUILD PLEASE READ ON! Make sure you have a clear space, remember when finished and in place you need access to check your build and able to pull the shower out should you need to replace anything! Taking the tub remove all protective films and the columns packed at the rear of the bath. You now need to level it in order the water runs correctly down the waste. Place the bath section on the position you require it when fully built. Now using a sprit level carefully adjust the feet underneath. When you are happy with the result and all feet firmly connect to the floor move the bath out to a more assessable working space. Now secure the bath waste and seal into position to align and point the same way as your house waste as would be normally undertaken with a standard bath. Check now the pipe attached to the spigot coming from the waste is tight and the clip firm. This pipe goes to the steam generator waste. Normal waste set up using optional fitting kit Shower tray shown as example of the bath tub levelling required

Now while you have access, remember everything is normally lose and fitted for transit only. Check tightness of head rest chrome Rear column upright fittings to bath. Note why not loosen and silicone gently between chrome leg and bath mating surface, now tighten, good preventative measure against water!!! Think the same about any other fixing during build. Check water outlet filler, steam outlet, and any other fitment for tightness. If preferred seal between any joint you feel necessary. Doing this now is far easier than when build is complete. Notice cut out to lower profile Having made sure the first stage is completed correctly you can move on the next. Taking the right hand side glass (tint) and the right hand rear (tint) place in position on the bath tub. Note: Cut outs in aluminium side glass supports, these go to the rear of the tub with cut out just over lip of bath. Rear glasses are left and right, shiny side to be inside cabin. Check picture below, the holes in each glass will align with the fittings inside. Making sure each end mates to the other, carefully drill holes through the slots provided to accommodate screws, these are the back wall to side glass and rear panel to the tub. Make certain both are aligned onto tub parallel to tub edges. Note: Use correct screws not too long to protrude. Now remove off the tub and silicone the mating surfaces: Side panel edge to rear panel making sure the seal is going to be on the inside of screw holes to prevent water ingress down screw thread. Side panel and rear panel surfaces where they will meet onto the tub. When in place, screw into holes you have just drilled. Side panels rest and are not screwed to the tub. Careful to use screws that do not protrude! Careful not to damage glass backing film with drill body. Screw rear panels to tub Check fitting holes rear panel left and right Check fitting holes rear panel left and right 17 18

You now have the left hand side panel in place and the left hand rear panel. The next stage is to take the centre column control panel and screw to the right hand rear glass frame. Again, repeating the procedure as before drill through pre-marked slots carefully making sure not to drill too far or to mark rear panel. Place the top and bottom plastic trim strips on the column using a fine bead of silicone to seal and hold in place. On the bottom of the lower trim, silicone seal and press into place on the tub. Screw column to the side panel. Now you have attached the three panels, work your way round repeating the same process attaching the right back panel and side glass left hand side. Seal as before. The shower bath cabin will now have both the sides and back rear panels on. Taking the bottom front cross bar that will form the support and the runner for the door and front glasses. Screw into left hand side panel through the two holes. Seal under the crossbar where it will mate with tub. Make sure this is fully sealed from one end to the other. Now secure the same way but through the right hand side panel. Repeat this operation again now using the top cross bar support. NOTE: The wider crossbar fits to the top, check picture of profile. Notice lip for roof to fit inside. Notice curve in runner for door wheels. Bottom crossbar profile as shown the curve will be towards the top. Top crossbar profile curve at the bottom Bottom crossbar profile curve at top 19 20

Secure the crossbar to the side frame Inside the shower now check the inner corner at the front you will now see retaining screws that will hold the sides together along with the aluminium trim you have just fitted. Squeeze the joint firmly tight align the holes and screw in each. Four holes are present on each front corner. Above internal corner Lower Screws Notice each end has screw threads to assembly through side glass frame Moving back to the left hand front corner upright now, you will notice you have 2 x right angle aluminium uprights. Each one of these needs fitting and acts as a cover for the corners of the shower. Taking any one first (you could have a curved one as in picture or a sharp right angle bend) Seal with silicone along the side glass frame and press into place. See picture of profile taken from the top. Above: Internal top corner screws Profile of end cover 21 22

Taking now the front left glass, notice the black band, the wider one goes to the top. (PICTURES BELOW) Seal lightly along the rear edge of glass frame where it will fit into the channel and press home to the left upright column. Repeat this right hand side. Bottom retaining column screw repeat both sides top and bottom. Glass ready to be pressed into place After pressing into place Working from inside the shower, you will notice two holes in the bottom crossbar and the same at the top. Using the correct length screw, screw into each hole and secure the uprights of the glass. Taking one door at a time fix wheels these will be wheel Tyre towards the outside of the door. Button versions are at the bottom, non button at the top Now affix door handles inner and outer. Taking a magnetic trim place firmly on the outer edge of the door end as it will close. Repeat the procedure on the other door. Note: Make sure magnets attract not repel! On the trailing edge of the door fit steam escape trims with the flexible end to touch Aluminium upright when in closed position. Taking one door, clip into the top runner and press buttons in the bottom wheels to clip into the lower runner. Repeat for second door. Check alignment of doors by closing them. Do they firmly seal all the way from top to bottom? If so they are fitted correctly, if not you need to adjust them. Adjustment is made by turning the screw heads found in each wheel fitment. Screw in at bottom outer wheels to close gap at top and vice versa. If the door looks as if it is too loose in runners tighten top and bottom equally checking that both run smoothly. When this operation is done take the four door stops and fit one at a time to each of the predrilled holes found in the top and bottom door runner crossbars

With all the shower cabin now built, it is time to fit all accessories and shower functions found inside the cabin. To check where each part fits take a look again at the picture below: Door stop fitted to lower crossbar Press on door trim. Door wheel attached to glass 25 26

The left hand rear glass has the shelves fitted through holes in glass and tightened by the 4 x retaining screws and washers. Do not over tighten anything, to avoid glass shattering!!! On the right hand glass fit the hand shower riser through glass, attach longer silver flexi hose to hand shower and attach to the water inlet of the hand riser bar. Foot massager is held in place by 2 x white knobs. Again tighten through glass and press foot spa box onto knobs to park it. Attach silver (shorter of the two) flexi hoses to box. Directly below this you will have one hole left, this is for the foot spa water feed supply. Take the chrome round diverter, place the thread through the hole and tighten with nut on the rear. Connect the other end of the silver hose to the diverter feed. NOTE: Feed points downwards. The last item now to be fitted is the back rest. Look at the picture again and you will see the back rest fitted over 4 x small massage jets. On the column remove the 4 x chrome jet head nuts, these have a cross type cut out to assist if tight but make sure you do not damage the finish! Next to each small jet you may see a further hole which was cut into the column to allow fitting at the factory. Fill this now with sealer. Press the back rest over each jet carefully and tighten chrome head nuts. This ensures no leaks and the back rest is firmly fitted in place. Moving round to the rear of the shower now, you need to connect water feed hoses, tighten hoses and check tightness of all jets. Firstly jets, these will have a washer fitted and when correctly tightened will be water tight but to be prudent and ensure long life against any leak in years to come why not loosen each jet and seal behind it. Takes two minutes and lasts a lifetime! There are five positions to connect and feed accordingly to the following: Sealing behind jets Overhead shower 2. Bath filler 3. Foot spa 4. Hand shower 5. Back massage jets Above: Five port diverter valve with water inlet valve below 27 28

ARE THEY ALL TIGHT INCLUDING THE ONES PRE FITTED? Note: These are only coupled for transit and never tightened from the factory. Looking again at the picture above, there are 3 x braided hose connections. Look closely at these, one will have a blue dot on it and one red. This is the correct connections for house feed hot to red and cold house feed to blue. The middle one is the feed to the steam generator. Tighten all connections but first note that clear neoprene washer are seated correctly inside the end of each hose. Happy they are? Fit and tighten! Moving down to the shower tub, you will notice the electric box and steam generator. Follow braided hose to the steam generator which should read Water in Tighten this firmly. While there check the steam generator Water out and Steam pipes are all tight. Shower electrics Connections. At this stage you will need to connect the following. These are all 12V and considered safe for DIY connection as each is labelled and low voltage. NEVER CONNECT TO MAINS AT THIS STAGE Overhead light * Led rear panel lights * tub lights (couple to Overhead light feed) * Ozone (if fitted) * Speaker * fan * Aerial (unfold if fitted) * internal LED lights (if fitted) *Telephone connection * C.D external jacks if required. Note: The Cd jack can be used to couple an ipod. Cables are available via Maplins Electrical if you prefer. Red CD connection as below After a safe electrical connection is made shower to house supply. Check each item works. Below is the control panel and functions. As above Steam Generator. Top: steam to shower pod on bath tub Middle: Water in connection Bottom: Steam generator waste. Identify these connections and snap together with connector blocks on the end of each. Couple any mains leads to Steam Generator and any DIN type plugs (if fitted) or the alternative computer type connectors with two screws one each side. NEVER CONNECT TO THE HOUSE MAINS THIS MUST BE UNDERTAKEN BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICAL ENGI

To check tub operation. The button at the rear of the tub behind head rest as you look from outside is on / off whirlpool The button towards the front of the tub head rest as viewed from outside is air bleed. This increases power by bleeding air to the system but remember, prolonged use of air cools the bath down rapidly!! What Should I Know About Steam Room Safety? Please visit the following link: Steam_Safety_Please_Read.pdf The underwater light operation is activated by pressing the light button (number 5 on the previous page) on the control panel. This is connected into the same circuit as the roof light. Important! Never use the steam generator with the vent holes pointing towards the shower wall or a person. Never use the steam outlet in the closed position. This excessive heat will damage your tub and this is NOT covered under your warranty terms. Sealing your shower You will now need to apply a final sealing of panels built and joints made to ensure integrity while in use. If you have sealed as instructed correctly at the time of build no water leaks will be present. ARE YOU CONFIDENT? If not NEATLY bead along vertical and horizontal joints. Remember the key is unbroken bead and very neatly otherwise the sealer will start to off colour in months to come. In any event we suggest beading internally the tub to the shower frame

Pressure Requirements from your house supply. We recommend a bar pressure between 2 and 3 bar. If you have a combi boiler system no problem should be experienced. If you have a gravity feed older type of installation (hot water tank type usually less than 1 bar) you will almost certainly need a pump. We cannot advise on which type of pump is used, location or design because all house plumbing layouts vary. This is a job for your installer /plumber. The end delivery however must fall within the scope above. Debit Requirements. You will need the debit capabilities of at least 10 litres per minute. Again an average combi boiler will supply this but please check if you have a gravity feed system. Important Note Do not exceed 3 bar pressure under any circumstances. Warranty void if so as damage will occur. If combi. type supply, use a pressure reducing valve if required. Remembering this product is free standing and designed to be pulled away from the wall, the water supply pipes and waste pipe require flexible pipes. If you purchased the fitted kit with this shower you will have the required fittings. The water supply pipes need to be at least 1 metre long and flexi braided type not speed fit type heating piping. Your generator will have 3 x connections. Water in, waste water to house waste and the insulated white pipe which is steam out going to the tub. Make sure these are fitted in correct position as they are only attached for transit delivery reasons! Please note if a shower pump is used via gravity system we recommend a separate cold feed bypassing pump direct to generator to avoid damage to the generator. Further to this as you would with a washing machine or dishwasher, it is highly recommended accessible water valve taps are installed to turn off the shower when not In use. This will avoid any possible flooding due to a burst pipe or connection failure in the future. Electrical House connections. We reiterate NEVER ATTEMPT THIS YOURSELF. THIS MUST BE UN- DERTAKEN BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICAL COMPANY. A CERTIFICATE MUST BE OBTAINED AFTER INSTALLATION AS PROVE OF COMPLI- ANCE WITH CURRENT SAFETY REGULATIONS AND WILL BE RE- QUIRED TO CONFORM WITH ANY WARRANTY OFFERED WITH THIS PRODUCT. 1) Connect within current IP directives using plug RCD provided 2) (Preferred) Wire into isolated fused feed connecting directly to the house consumer / service box. Remove the plug / RCD fitted and ensure the Consumer unit has capabilities to replace RCD feature. Please note earth is required and found on chassis of bath tub. A further earth is required from Steam Generator unit. Each earth must ground through power supply line

Our completed shower should now look like this: TESTING FOR WATER LEAKS LEAVING SHOWER 24 HOURS AFTER BUILD ALLOWING SEALENT TO CURE HAVE YOU BUILT THIS CORRECTLY? FIND OUT NOW. With all connections tight, the waste and hoses checked, jets fully sealed, your shower still around18 inches from its designated final resting point and the silicone sealer fully cured (hence leaving for 24 hours at min) Switch on the overhead shower NOT massage jets remember these will fire water out at you and are not suitable for checking leaks as they would normally only operate when a person is fully in front of them. Just use COLD water setting as hot will make cabin misty and condensate thus the inspection becomes very difficult. Now on the OUTSIDE inspect each joint, factory seal, hose, clip, jet, from one side going round to the back and then other side finishing at the front. If you have a small leak (normally caused through insufficient sealer or air bubble on assemble. Dry area thoroughly and reseal on the OUTSIDE. Again remember where you see water may not be exactly where the leak is, it could have run round to a low point. Never seal anything inside unless you feel it necessary and make sure it is thin and neat, remember you will see this for the life of your shower! Leave to cure again and check. If all good now check shower functions, Jets for back massage, foot massage, (if you have one) and finally hand shower, check your joints to these functions at the rear again. Never use the shower until all checks have been made and the installer is 100% happy in the knowledge no leaks are present. All good? Now push your shower FROM THE BASE NEVER GLASS OR FRAME into its final resting position. Now you can shower in the knowledge that you have no leaks a job done well and long product life

Message to tradesmen: Should you require any help or advice please call am 4.00pm. We further point out that providing this product has been built correctly and the instructions followed with particular attention to the final paragraph, the client should have been left with a 100% trouble free product. We have on occasion heard of less scrupulous tradesmen making return visits at the customers request because of various faults and charging effectively for corrections to work that should never have been required. We would expect no further charges should be made for call backs unless alien to original work carried out. Do not use a remote control inside the shower or leave in heavy moisture areas. Never clean your shower directly after use especially after steaming. Allow one hour or longer to cool to room temperature. Cold water on hot glass increases the risk of glass shattering and increases the risk of acrylic crazing. Never do this! Never be tempted to investigate a fault by opening ANY electrical fitting on your appliance. No parts are reclaimable and no parts are supplied for these. All items are unit exchange only from both the manufacturers and ourselves. Safety precautions Never leave children unattended in the shower or bath. Never bath children (under 12) using whirlpool function if fitted. Regulate the temperature of water before showering Never allow children to use steam function unattended. This function is also not recommended for children. ADULTS ONLY. If steam facility is used always be aware that with many types, the steam outlet in tub or fitted on column MUST be in OPEN position. Close after use. Failure to do so will result in crazing of acrylic due to excessive heat generated on it. Always be aware of the steam outlet pod position. Never use in close proximity to the person using it. Never use this shower if you have been drinking alcohol. Never use with more than one person unless the shower is designed for this. This product is not to be used for washing / bathing animals Always turn power supply off after use Warranty information. Ex demo, returned items, overstocked products sold at lower than normal price are deemed to be covered as above but with a 90 day limit. Limitation of warranty. All products must be tested as mentioned in the instructions for the item. Water leaks are not covered as all products are made from impervious materials. Any leak found will always be resultant of sealing problems, if a fault has been identified in the structure of the shower (base cracked, column split etc) causing a leak, this must be reported at the time of initial build and test as no negotiations are entered into after the shower has been in use. Chips, dents, scratches are not deemed to be makers faults and therefore must always be reported within the 48 hour period allowed from delivery date. No replacement items will be given freely after this period and this must be borne in mind during build as all parts, are at this point, considered to have been in good condition on delivery. Incorrect build, negligence on installers behalf, changes to manufacturers specifications, modifications, incorrect maintenance, Lime scale / Calcium build up, incorrect cleaning procedures or inadequate / spasmodic water supply contributing to parts failure and incorrect consumer use will result in voiding the agreed cover. Please note you are not covered for consequential or incidental damage however caused relating to any product part failure. This includes but not limited to carpets, floors, ceilings, walls and other appliances. Flooding, electrical failure, water ingress can all be avoided by following the instructions supplied with your product. Isolate your shower or bath from main electrical supply as you would your TV when not in use and again isolate water supply at taps as recommended. Your product will also last longer and you go to bed happy and safe!
