Requests for returns must be made in writing to orders@turbochef.com and must include the serial number, invoice number, and reason for return. If approved TurboChef will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Goods must be in their original packaging, in new/unused condition and must be accompanied by the RMA paperwork. Units returned in any other condition, may be deemed not valid for credit. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Ultimate ventless allowance is dependent upon AHJ approval, as some jurisdictions may not recognize the UL certification or application.
