2 HOT VAPORIZER "FEED-ACK" VAPINDUS OPERATION The vaporizer FEED-ACK VAPINDUS works on the principle of natural convection where natural heat influx is supplemented by the vaporizer, increasing the vapor pressure within the storage tank to provide sufficient vapor for the heating load. Heat required to vaporize the LP-Gas liquid is supplied by an external hot water source such an ENGIGAZ CALOVAP. This hot water source (provide by a water pump) is turned on and off by a regulation pressure switch that controls storage pressure. During the operation, hot water enters in the heat exchanger at the temperature rated 85 C (). When liquid LPG inside the vaporizer shell comes in contact with the tube bundle, boiling of the LPG results.the cooled water returns to the hot water heater after passing through the tube bundle. The vaporized LPG passes throught the heat exchanger and exists througt the outlet to the tank. Optionals pressures switches (low and high pressure) ensure the safety of the vaporizer in case of faulty operation of regulation pressure switch, water pump and hot water heater(s). The water network system must be filled with a mixture of fresh clean water and anti-freeze (glycol containing anticorrosion liquids). eg : for Propane, the regulation pressure switch is setting between 4 bar and 4,5 bar (Differential of the pressure switch is adjustable - setting : 0,5 b).
