1 Friday Night Concessions Do not need to keep track of items sold. NO TABS PLEASE! Sell prepackaged snacks, candy & food (Avanti's Gondolas). Make & sell pretzels & nachos per directions posted. Keep countertops and tables clean and sanitized Check the bathrooms at regular intervals to ensure they remain stocked and Stock beverages in Pepsi fridge from big fridge in kitchen. Stock big fridge from Pepsi truck as needed (Move cold beverages in the back of the fridge to front of fridge first). The key to the Pepsi truck is hanging in the kitchen. Please return it to the hook when you are finished. You may need to take the golf cart down to where it is parked. (Due to close field locations, we may be unable to park the truck close by as it was done in the past. I realize this is an inconvenience but we need to keep that path clear for our players and families). At the end of this shift, clean up all items used in kitchen. Leave cheese warmer plugged in. Re-stock beverages in the Pepsi fridge from the big fridge and restock the big fridge from the Pepsi truck (Move cold beverages to front of fridge first) Close up windows of concessions. 2 Saturday/Sunday Concessions - 7:00 to 9:00 am Assign a cashier to sit at table. You do not need to keep track of items sold. NO TABS PLEASE! Bagels and muffins will be delivered by 7:30 am. Turn on the warmers to low, line with foil, & display bagels & muffins Turn on pretzel warmer Heat up pretzels per directions. Use the pretzels that are in the right hand side of the fridge. When these start to get low, remove some from the white freezer & place in the fridge. Check freezer and cooler temperature. Display & sell candy, prepackaged goods, bagels & muffins, Avanti's gondolas Stock Pepsi fridge in kitchen from the big fridge if needed. (Move cold beverages to front of fridge first). Stock the big fridge from the Pepsi truck. Help to fill coolers with soda & ice from Pepsi truck when ice bags arrive. Sell/prepare breakfast items Keep countertops/tables clean and sanitized, set up 3 compartment sink. finished. You may need to take the golf cart down to where it is parked. (Due to close field locations, we may be unable to park the truck close by as it was done in the past. Prepare and sell items for lunch. Gondolas are in fridge. More Gondolas will arrive around 10:30 to 10:45 am. Supervisor will place additional orders. Keep countertops/tables Re-stock beverages in Pepsi fridge big fridge or from coolers (Move cold beverages to front of fridge first) Re-stock soda in big fridge and coolers from the Pepsi truck if getting low. Toward the end of this shift, please do not restock soda in coolers. Stock Pepsi fridge & big fridge in kitchen only. Check sanitizer level and set up a new 3 compartment sink.
4 Saturday/Sunday Concessions - 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm Assign a cashier to sit at table. You do not need to keep track of items sold. NO TABS PLEASE! Make and sell pretzels & nachos Sell prepackaged goods, candy and snacks, Avanti's gondolas. Keep countertops/tables clean On Sunday do not restock Pepsi coolers, as much as possible we would like as little open product as we can on Sunday evening. Re-stock beverages in Pepsi fridge from coolers & big fridge in kitchen (Move cold beverages to front of fridge first). Do not restock soda in coolers. Restock big fridge in kitchen from Pepsi truck if needed. Toward the end of this shift, begin to clear and clean tables and counters, kitchen and items in kitchen finished. You may need to take the golf cart down to where it is parked. (Due to close field locations, we may be unable to park the truck close by as it was done in the past. Move all items from the Pepsi coolers in cafeteria to the big fridge in kitchen (cold beverages are placed in front of fridge first) Do not re stock Pepsi coolers. Once Pepsi coolers are emptied, place in the Pepsi truck. Close up windows of concessions. Close and lock the door. Return cash box to FC Office.
7 Revised 9/19/17 Supervisors Duty Attend Pre tournament meeting to discuss position and answer any questions. Insure all volunteers sign in. Work with volunteers to assign each to a position. Check rest rooms. Inform Tarek or Michelle of any issues, such as running low on product. Coach volunteers on assigned position, help them throughout the shift. Stock Pepsi Truck. Set up 3 compartment sink and check sanitizer level in buckets Insure general cleanliness. Check stock on Pepsi trailer. Keep concession area clean and garbage bins empted as needed.
