3 /" Spout Installation (Refer to Figure & ) Note: Some items have been pre-assembled at the factory to ensure quality and fit. Some disassembly may be required during installation.. Loosen brass spout nut () slip off / -SPOUT-LL-** metal spout washer ().. Slip spout assembly through ES ON MODEL sink basin or countertop from bottom.. lign pop up rod assembly hole in ES ON MODEL rear of spout escutcheon with channel R L & C HNDLE ONLY) in spout. Install hot valve on left side of spout as you are facing the sink.. Remove handle (), escutcheon (), top nut and fiber washer () from valve body ( & ).. Discard top nut and fiber washer. /". Loosen bottom valve and nut () and fiber washer () all the way down.. Place valve body ( &) through deck sink basin or countertop from bottom.. Screw on handle escutcheon () on to valve body stem. *Note: djustments may need to be made because of differences in thickness of sink, basin, or countertop.. Using Figure adjust height for handle selected using dimension.. Place handle () on stem testing on/ off position. Tigten handle using handle installation. Use aerator key supplied with faucet. Engage key in aerator. Figure.. Remove aerator by turning key counterclockwise. Turn on hot and cold water valves flush lines. Reinstall aerator by engaging key and turning clockwise until tight. 4 Handle Installation. Install handle onto stem in desired "off" position.. Confirm handle is not binding with escutcheon. djust valve nuts and escutcheon if necessary.. Handles are fastened with a set screw or top screw. Figure.. If set screw type, install washer and screw, tighten then press in decorative cap with o-ring.. If top screw type, install washer and screw, tighten then press in decorative cap with o-ring. FIGURE Drain ssembly. Disassemble top flange () and drain stopper () from pop-up drain body ().. Loosen mounting nut () for desired height. *Note: This may vary depending on thickness of /" sink basin or countertop.*. pply appropiate silicon/putty under lip of top ½ Ø flange ().. From underneath, insert drain body () through sink basin or countertop and attach top flange ().. Guide sink gasket () & plastic washer () up snug to bottom of sink basin or countertop.. Test the length needed for drain stopper () by adjusting height of eyelet so it is visible from side port of ball rod.. lign top flange () & drain body () & tighten nut () securely.. Test alignment using ball Hidden rod () erator without - 0-ER ball rod seats () to ensure it goes through eyelet of drain Low Profile Spout - -SPOUT-LL-** / -SPOUT-LL-** stopper (). Lift Rod - 0-ROD-**. djust length of drain stopper () (if required) by loosening the nut & eyelet Round to or desired Square height. Spout Escutcheon Then - VRIES ON MODEL secure back up to bottom Handles of drain - VRIES stopper ON MODEL ().. Put one ball rod seat () Round before Square ball in ball Valve rod Escutcheon () - VRIES ON MODEL concave side toward ball. Valve Push Body through Cold - -0 side port OR -0 (FOR L & C HNDLE ONLY) making sure the ball rod () goes through drain Valve Body Hot - -0 OR -0 (FOR L & C HNDLE ONLY) stopper () eyelet. Put second seat () on+to other side of ball rod () & attach Valve Body ball rod Nut nut () (). Do not over tighten. Fiber Washer (). Pushing ball rod () down Cock to Nut raise - -0 drain stopper () in sink. Test & adjust Hose if necessary. () ttach lift rod strap () to pop-up rod. Washer - PRT OF SPOUT. Push down on ball rod () putting one Brass Nut - PRT OF SPOUT end of spring clip () on, then put through appropiate hole in lift rod Brass strap Nipple (). - PRT ttach OF other SPOUT end of spring clip () & Brass test. Tee - PRT OF SPOUT. ttach tailpiece () to drain Hot Hose body Fitting () using - 0-RGH pipe thread sealing tape on Cold threads. Hose Fitting - 0-RGH.. Please note: Your product warranty may not be valid if the above cleaning guidelines are not followed. WRRNTY Residential Warranty: Your new plumbing fixture is warrantied by JCLO INDUSTRIES, Dermody Street, Cranford, NJ 00. This warranty is extended to original consumer purchasers only. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The product (including the finish on the product but excluding any custom finishes and any installation hardware not supplied by JCLO) is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime* of the fixture, so long as the original consumer purchaser owns it. JCLO's sole obligation under this or any other warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at JCLO's option, without labor, any part or parts of the fixture which fail to conform to such warranty.
