4 INSTALLATION A. Installation Steps. Paste the installation template at appropriate location on the wall. A... Drill four holes, dia 0mm insert plastic dowels. (Fig.). 0mm 0mm Fig.. 5 B. Installation Check. Check AC power cable connection.. Check if AC power on.. Put outer cover back.. Insert security screws and tighten them.(fig.) B... Fig... C. Operation Instructions. The machine starts operating automatically when user s hands are put approximately 0cm (7.78") below the sensor located next to air louver. Whenever the hands are moved out of sensing range, the machine will stop after approx. sec.. The 0.5 sec time delay helps avoid false triggers by unexpected movements. o. When the air temperature is over 0 C or any fault has occurred, the security device will shut off the power of the heater.. For safety reasons, the machine will immediately stop operating when it is used continuously over 60seconds. The machine resumes to standard function when hands are moved away. 6 D. Adjustment of Sensor. Loosen Secuity Screws and remove Casing. (Use the Security Wrench from the attached package in the carton.). Refer to drawing for the location of power board.. Use a tiny flat screwdriver to turn adjustment screw in clockwise direction to lengthen the sensing distance. To shorten the sensing distance turn in counter-clockwise direction.. After finishing the adjustment, put back Outer Case and fasten it. D.. ( ) Sensor Range Adjustment... E. Important Notice. Turn off power supply prior to removing outer case. E... Turn off power supply before maintenance or cleaning. If Casing or Air Louver are covered with dust, do not splash water onto it. Use only damp sponge or cloth to wipe dirt off.. Do not use eradicator, abrasive powder or oil, acid or alkali liquid detergent to clean casing or air louver.. Never try to put a small screw-driver or any other object into the holes of air Louver from outside. This might cause damage to the interior parts, and electric shock may occur. 5. Keep sensor case clean, never use any abrasive cleaning agent, rough surface articles, steel brush or sandpaper to rub the sensor case. This will make the sensor case dull and decrease the sensitivity of sensor. 6. Do not dry other objects except hands to ensure the safety. 7. To avoid damage to the machine or cause physical harm to the person, please keep the live parts away from water. 8. Do not bump the casing. 9. For indoor installation and use only T0-D -6-
