This design combines the advantages of minimal compressed air requirements, standard mesh Abrasive Media and simple operating techniques. Suction Blast systems provide a particularly economical solution to most Abrasive Blasting applications. Suitable for most types of Abrasive Media including Glass Bead, Garnet, Plastic, Ceramic and Aluminium Oxide. Ultra reliable baghouse filter or optional cartridge collectors are performance designed to satisfy the highest air volume and air to cloth ratios for maximum visibility, efficiency and productivity. Safety switch interlocked left or right hand opening doors complete with abrasive spill tray ensures a safe, clean work environment. Super efficient cyclone grit cleaner maximises abrasive life, cabinet visibility and blasting performance. Convenient easy fit clip on abrasive hopper and air control valve allows quick and clean abrasive top up and adjustments. Abrasive flow sight valve aids flow adjustments. High volume blow down gun for easy clean up. High powered tungsten or optional boron carbide suction gun blasts faster and lasts longer. In Pressure Blasting, a closely regulated Abrasive Media flow is air propelled from a Pressure Vessel, through the Blast Nozzle and to the work surface at pressures up to 1035 kpa (150 PSI). Unlike Suction Blast where there are some restrictions to the specific weight of the Abrasive Media, Pressure Blast Systems can accommodate all Abrasive Media on the market today.
