Our heaters are equipped with a touchscreen interface in multiple languages, providing clear feedback during all heating cycles. The four heating modes (1 Sensor, 2 Sensors, Ramp, Time) make the SURETHER series a flexible tool in diverse situations. LOW FREQUENCY Low frequency heaters are the most secure solution, when it comes to heating parts the right way. The depth of heat penetration is deeper compared to mid frequency, providing gradual, uniform heating. The prime example: bearings are routinely heated with this type of heater. Heating bearings too fast enhances the risk of a shortened lifespan. To be used for the professional mounting of a wide range of parts, including bearings (max. weight: 100 kg, max. diameter: ø500mm). When extension yokes* are used the maximum diameter is ø680mm.
