3 HOW CAN WE HELP? We have a solid experience in delivering refrigerated spaces for storage and handling of food and beverages to the marine market. CUSTOMER MADE SOLUTIONS Our custom made solutions for refrigerated spaces are complete packages, including wells, ceiling, shelves doors and fixing devices. There are a number of optional floor coverings available, ranging from stainless steel to ceramic tiles. ECONOMICAL REFRIGERATION TECHNOLOGY Precisely measured sandwich elements are fixed tightly with quick- release locks. The advantages of an overall economical structure are easy installation on board and a low thermal insulation capacity that guarantees reduced operating costs. Insulation materials available are polyurethane and rick wool. Polyurethane is a light and efficient insulator that absorbs virtually no moisture. Rockwool is used in places that require absolute noncombustibility. COLD ROOM FIRE-DOORS An important addition to our door range is A-60 fire-rated door for cold rooms and freezers. Instead of two separate doors, the cold room only needs one door, which makes both installation and use easier. The door have a MED type approval and they are available in three versions; Sliding single, hinged single and hinged double doors. All our doors take info account the hygiene regulations set for catering rooms: to make cleaning easier, the corners are rounded, and there are no unnecessary gaps that gather dirt. CONTINUOUS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT GUARANTEES THE QUALITY We are continuously looking for new alternatives in order to provide more fire-safe and environmentally sound products. Similarly, we are developing new, technically and economically better solutions. All our elements are CFC and HCFC free, and the products and structures, including doors, meet the highest USPH requirements. COLD ROOM DOORS Loipart has delivered high-quality doors to cold rooms and freezers for several years. All doors are manufactured to meet all the hygiene and health requirements. We use polyurethane or rockwool for insulation, and efficient sealing assure tightness. The doors are installed in the pre-made openings on-board.

4 Cold room doors Loipart delivers cold room doors from standard models to A-60 firerated doors. All our doors have excellent refrigeration properties; they are tight, easy to clean, and light in use, including fire doors.

7 CFC and HCFC free elements Our CFC and HCFC free elements can be insulated with efficient polyurethane or non-combustible rock-wool. In the finished cold room, the surface of both elements looks exactly the same.
