Our 880CS/880SS winch models have been designed to fit into the smallest of anchor wells. They also come with a patented Electronic Fast Fall System and wiring looms as an additional option, making it simple, quick and cost effective to install yourself. With the Electronic Fast Fall, the 880 Models can reach up to 80 metres per minute drop rate, with a standard drop rate of up to 30 metres per minute! The original small Winch, and still the best! It is mechanical clutch free, which increases the speed of the motor on the way down, comparably as fast as you can freely drop your anchor. Other winch brands go up just as fast as they go down, this draws more current which could lead to overloads, battery drainage, and winch failure. Regardless the Savwinch Fast Fall system drops significantly faster than a fixed speed winch. Simply being waterproof and sealed is one thing, but if condensation forms within the motor, your Winch is as good as dead. All of our motors now feature a patented injection mould (all CS, SS, and SSS ranges)! This fills the air pockets within the motor, eliminating the chance of condensation! Our SS and SSS Winches feature a full 316 Stainless Steel motor enclosure, not just a cover/sleeve over a standard motor. This is important as covers/sleeves can cause condensation between the cover and motor over time, we have elimated the chance of this by building the motor enclosure of our Stainless Steel.
