8 HORIZONTAL CONTACT FREEZER Accordance with the standards of food safety ( HACCP, FDA) Features The horizontal contact freezer is very effective in block freezing and preserving products. It s easy for handing, transportation and storage. It is a way for freezing packaged products. The product is placed into trays or freezing frame and these are slid between the freezing plates. After freezing, the trays are unloaded and the frozen blocks, flat and uniform, are easily stacked and stored. Available in a comprehensive range of sizes which permit a wide choice of capacities and package dimensions and can be installed singly or as a multiple bank of freezers. Variable number of freezing stations, from 4 to 20, to suit a wide range of products. 9 HORIZONTAL CONTACT FREEZER Application for high pressure type horizontal contact freezer Finish the frozen process Product in the frozen frame Generally, fish fillets are used for freezing in standard blocks ((16.5 lbs or 7.49 kg of product for each standard block) Depending on the size of the fillets, there are two different types of product to market, one for fish fingers" / fish portions and one for individual fish fillets. Taken product out of frames by hydraulic cylinder Small fillets and possible cut-off fish pieces are frozen into compact homogeneous blocks, which later on are cut up to "fish fingers"/fish portions. For these products it is essential that the fish block surfaces are smooth and that air pockets are avoided. Further, the fish blocks must have sharp edges and corners to minimise the waste at the sawing process. Packing and storage the product at under - 18ºC Food processing Large fillets are often packed in layers separated from each other by a plastic film. This type of blocks often are called layer / shatter packed. The fillets of these blocks are used as individual fillets. Minced fish is often frozen in standard blocks, too. It is, of course, of vital importance for all fish blocks that the raw fish product used is packed into high-quality cartons prior to freezing to ensure a high degree of protection against dehydration / freeze burning. Otherwise, the quality will be reduced, and the blocks will lose weight. Also, it is of great importance that the freezing of the blocks to a core temperature of approx. minus 18ºC takes 10 place very quickly - if the high quality shall remain.

14 HORIZONTAL SHELL AND TUBE CONDENSER Features Designed and manufactured in different capaciting. It is the most common type of heat exchanger used in refrigeration industry. The quantity of pass arrangements are made by providing baffles in the water heads, such as 2, 4, 6 and 8 pass designs are common because the water can enter and exit on the same side. This makes construction much simpler and helps to limit the tube length. Designed and completed manufactured in according to the pressure vessel standard. Carbon steel is used to made the shell and tubes. However, stainless steel is also used to made the tubes and water heads. 17 COLD STORAGE - CHILLER STORAGE Design and installation all kind of cold storage and chiller storage in preservation industrial like agricultural products (vegetables and fruits), animal products (pigs, cows, chickens) and seafood products (shrimp, fish, squid). Cold storage and chiller storage are installed by insulation sandwich panel. Materials of the insulation sandwich panels is polyurethane (density around 40 to 42 kg/m3) or polystyrene (density around 35 kg/m3). There are various thickness of the insulation sandwich panels (50mm, 75mm,100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 180mm,200mm, etc.). Therefore, it meets all requirements of the storage temperature.
