Reliable technology carefully designed details The operating principle of the Aqua Clean machines is efficiency and reliability. By spraying liquid from all directions, dirt and grease will be removed from the components. The cleaning liquid, which consists of water and alkaline detergent, is sprayed with a combination of high flow and pressure against the surfaces to be cleaned. The high mechanical effect combined with high temperature leads to an excellent cleaning result. The high temperature also results in rapid drying after the cleaning stage. The recirculation and the filtration of the cleaning liquid minimises waste. Our target is to clean the components in an eco friendly way. 3 AS-Cleaning Machines AS-100 AS-150 Aqua Clean AS-cleaning machines are intended for aqueous cleaning of small and medium sized components, when a single stage cleaning process is enough to fulfill the cleanliness requirements. Our cleaning machines are mainly used in the engineering industry, for example in production environments, vehicle garages and maintenance workshops. SMALL DIMENSIONS HIGH CAPACITY An aqueous spray cleaning machine is intended for the cleaning of metal components contaminated with, for example, oil, grease, solid particles in production and maintenance environments. An AS-cleaning machine is manufactured in stainless steel and consists of a heat insulated enclosed cabinet with a rotating spray system, load carriage, hinged door and a tank system. The hinged door functions as a load platform in the horizontal position. The cleaning process is carried out with a rotating spray system with built-in nozzles. The hot cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the components from all directions with a high mechanical effect. The used liquid is filtered and re-circulated. 4 AC-Cleaning Machines Aqua Clean single stage cleaning machines are intended for the aqueous cleaning of medium and large components, when a single stage cleaning process is sufficient for the cleanliness requirements. The cleaning machines are mainly used in the production engineering industry, vehicle garages and the industry s maintenance workshops. HIGH QUALITY BASIC SYSTEMS FOR MEDIUM SIZED COMPONENTS A single stage aqueous spray cleaning machine is intended for the cleaning of metal components contaminated with, for example, oil, grease and solid particulates, in production and maintenance environments. The cleaning machine is manufactured in stainless steel and consists of a heat insulated enclosed cabinet with a rotating spray system, load carriage, lifting door and a tank system. A load platform or a load trolley is placed in front of the cleaning machine for charging. These cleaning machines can be automated and placed in production lines. AC-Cleaning Machines The cleaning process is carried out with a rotating spray system with built-in nozzles. The hot washing liquid is sprayed on the components from all directions with a high mechanical effect. The used liquid is filtered and then re-circulated. Aqua Clean cleaning machines can be supplied with a reciprocating spray system. This is used in situations when the length of the components to be cleaned is much longer than their width.

6 Multi Stage Cleaning Machines Aqua Clean Multi Stage cleaning machines are intended for the aqueous cleaning of medium and large components, where the cleanliness requirements demand a multi-stage cleaning process. They are also designed for situations where the process itself requires a multi stage process e.g. iron phosphating. This type of cleaning machine is mainly used in a production environment. AN ALLROUND SYSTEM FOR DEMANDING CLEANING Aqua Clean multi-stage cleaning machines are intended for an aqueous cleaning process, consisting of cleaning and rinsing of machined components before assembly. Blow-off and drying can be applied when necessary. The cleaning machine is manufactured in stainless steel and consists of a heat insulated enclosed cabinet with a lifting door, rotating spray system and a tank system. A load platform or a load trolley is placed in front of the cleaning machine for the loading of parts. These cleaning machines can be automated and placed in production lines. Multi Stage Cleaning Machines The cleaning process is carried out with a rotating spray system with built-in nozzles. 8 BRC-Cleaning Machines Aqua Clean BRC cleaning machines are intended for the aqueous cleaning of parts in bulk. Complicated components are placed in a rotating basket in the machine. Our BRC machines are mainly used within the production of engineering industry as a final process with high purity requirements. FLOODING AND SPRAY CLEANING Flooding occurs when spraying cleaning liquid with high flow and pressure into the bath. The flooding creates a strong turbulence. The combination of strong turbulence and a rotating basket results in cleaning liquid penetrating effectively into channels, openings, blind holes etc. This purifies, effectively, even the most complicated components. Aqua Clean BRC-cleaning machines are intended for an aqueous cleaning process, consisting of cleaning and rinsing. Blow off and drying can be applied when necessary. An iron phosphating process before painting can also be carried out in the cleaning machines. 10 Customised Cleaning Machines Cleaning machines for every cleaning aspect. Customised cleaning machines are designed to meet the customer s special requirements. Our company offers a flexible production, which enables us to produce complex cleaning machines. Customised cleaning machines can either be a modification of a standard cleaning machine, or a completely custom-made machine. Our program includes four types of customised cleaning machines; Modified cabinet cleaning machine Customised cabinet cleaning machine Customised BRC cleaning machine Tunnel cleaning machine Modified cabinet cleaning machines Customised Cleaning Machines Standard cleaning machines can be equipped with fixtures that are adjusted for the customer s components. With these fixtures, the customer is able to externally and internally clean hydraulic cylinders as well as housings, tubes etc. The standard cleaning machine can also be manufactured with an automatic conveyor system. Customised cabinet cleaning machines These cleaning machines are manufactured for components that, due to their weight and size, do not fit in a standard cleaning machine or because the customer s cleaning system requires a custom-made alternative. The customised cabinet cleaning machines are used when cleaning bogies and wheelsets for railways, components for trucks, buses, airplanes etc.

11 Customised BRC cleaning machines With an increased capacity, the cleaning process has to occur in different modules so that all the process stages are executed simultaneously. In this way, for example, the capacity of a 4-stage process can be increased from 2- to 10 loads per hour. An automatic conveyor system can also be placed in front of the cleaning machine. We also manufacture BRC-cleaning machines with bigger basket sizes, e.g x 800 x 800mm. Tunnel cleaning machines Our tunnel cleaning machine module program consists of three cleaner sizes with a conveyor width of 200mm, 400mm and 600mm and with a nominal conveyor speed of 0,6m/min and 1,2m/min. In a tunnel cleaning machine a single-stage or multi-stage process can be created which consists of cleaning, rinsing, blow-off, drying etc. Customised tunnel cleaning machine that are produced according to customer specifications are also included in our program.
