Due to high speed and efficiency requirements as well as tightened environmental regulations, it is advisable to move from solvent cleaning to safer, waterbased cleaning methods. An efficient, economical method is alkaline cleaning with the TEIJO cleaning machine. COMPONENT CLEANING MACHINES In TEIJO cleaning machines, the selected cleaning cycle is carried out automatically Parts of the machine: cleaning chamber rotating spray pipe system pump heating system filter system fluid level monitoring cleaning table and load basket control box with operating switches CLOSED FLUID CIRCULATION In TEIJO cleaning machines, the washing fluid (95 98% water and 2 5% alkaline detergent) circulates in a closed system, and is filtered and reused. The maximum temperature of the washing fluid is 80 C. The service life of the fluid varies depending on the application. It is affected by the utilization rate of the cleaning machine and the dirtiness of the components to be cleaned. Particularly the oil coming off from the components into the fluid. The closed cleaning chamber and efficient steam extraction (optional) prevents steam entering the work environment. Most alkaline detergents are biodegradable. The oil coming off from the components during the cleaning cycle can later on be separated from the cleaning fluid using an oil skimmer (optional). Detergent dispenser AD2 The liquid detergent dispenser together with automatic water refilling AR1 helps to maintain the desired mixture ratio of the cleaning fluid. Oil separator TEIJO OS3 Controlled by a weekly timer, the oil separator disc removes the demulsified oil from the liquid surface while the cleaning machine is off. The oil separator extends the service life of the washing fluid and ensures good cleaning results. Requirements for speed and efficiency as well as increasingly stringent environmental regulations have led to a situation where it is worth making the transition from solvent cleaning to safer waterbased cleaning methods. Alkaline cleaning using a TEIJO cleaning machine is an efficient and economical method. COMPONENT CLEANING MACHINES The TEIJO cleaning machines clean components automatically in a cleaning chamber where rotating spray piping sprays hot washing fluid onto the components being washed. There are two door type options: the hinged door KD; machines CSS...C1600SS the pneumatic lifting door PD1; machines CSS...C2600SS The machines equipped with the pneumatic lifting door can be equipped with either the fixed load platform (LP) or load trolley (LT). 10 ACCESSORIES Oil separator OS3S The oil separator, which is controlled by a weekly timer, removes oil separated on the fluid surface when the cleaning machine is not in use. The oil separator extends the service life of the washing fluid and ensures a good cleaning result. Steam extractor DF250S The steam extractor starts automatically after cleaning and removes steam from the machine to be fed outdoors. Air volume 1,000 m3/h, pressure 200 Pa Automatic refilling AR2 Cleaning agent dispenser AD2 The automatic water refilling keeps the level in the fluid tank at the standard height.
