4 The Bulk Materials Heater The Bulk Materials Heater by CHR Inc. allows buckets, bags & other odd shaped items to be heated easily in this portable oven. 6 Custom Tank heaters Many times oil tanks, propane tanks, water tanks and etc. need to stay at temperature for the system to function properly. We can create Custom Heating Jackets for your application or you can select from our Heated Panel System. Our technical team will assist you to select the number & size of the panels that is right for your tank. We can quickly and affordably provide the heat needed to keep your tank and its contents at temperature. By utilizing a silicone heater which was adhered to the bottom of tank and insulation blankets to retain the heat, significant temperature gains were achieved. Even in 10 F temperatures the oil the heated tanks was 75 F and the issues were solved. The area is a Class 1, Div 2 environment so an Explosion Proof enclosure was used to house the temperature controller CHR Inc. performed the project Turn-key including design, thermal analysis, manufacture of the ready to use heating system and installation

7 SILICONE Our line of silicone heating mats and jackets can be your heating solution. Depending on your application, these heaters can use Etched Foil, Kapton or evenly spaced resistance wires are laminated between sheets of silicone. The wire wound mats are ideal for prototyping or long term solutions for surface heating.
