3 THE SERIES 3 RANGE The larger machine for higher production throughput on breeder farms or hatcheries. Models designed to clean, rinse and sanitise as separate processes between 4,000 and 48,000 eggs per hour on plastic trays. Modified models in this range may also be used to clean commercial/ table eggs on plastic trays. All machines in this range, except the basic model, are supplied with 4000 electronic control system to give exact temperature control, and have separate wash & rinse tanks to ensure good cleaning ability. Conveyors are supplied with a conveyor belt speed of 1 metre per minute. However, conveyor speed options are available to deal with either excessively dirty or relatively clean eggs. Series 3 - Basic will clean up to 4,000 eggs per hour on plastic egg trays at a conveyor speed of 0.5 metres per minute for both breeder or table eggs. Series Standard will clean and sanitise up to 9,000 hatching eggs per hour on trays up to 13 inches/33cm wide. Series Wide will clean and sanitise up to 12,000 hatching eggs per hour on trays up to 20 inches/51cm wide. Series Standard Twin Track will clean and sanitise up to 18,000 hatching eggs per hour on trays up to 13 inches/33cm wide. Suitable for use in central egg rooms and hatcheries. Series Wide Twin Track will clean and sanitise up to 24,000 hatching eggs per hour on trays up to 20 inches/ 51cm wide. Suitable for use in central egg rooms and hatcheries. Machines available to process both breeder and commercial/table eggs - chicken, duck, turkey or game birds. Piccolo (bottom right) up to 600 chicken or ducks eggs or 800 game eggs per hour. Incorporates a 2 belt speed system as standard allowing for slower belt speed for processing of really dirty eggs. Super (left), and Super 180 (bottom left), up to 1,400 chicken or ducks eggs per hour. Supplied with belt speed as standard of 1m. per minute, for very dirty eggs a belt speed of 0.5m is available. Super II up to 3,000 chicken or duck eggs per hour. Supplied with belt speed of 2m per minute. All machines in this range are designed for manual loading and unloading of eggs, however for the Super & Super II models "in" trays to allow loading with 30 egg size vacuum lifts and right angle "off" tray to conveyor belt can be supplied. Mobile stands and single fan dryers are also available for these models.

Chlorwash Concentrate a chlorine based detergent powder for use in the wash section of all MST machines, highly effective in removing debris and microorganisms from the shell of the egg, also provides initial process of sanitation. CHLORWASH is easy to use and store packed in 110lbs/50kg tubs; 50kg is sufficient to process about 1 million eggs. Quat-800 a quaternary ammonia based product for use as the final sanitation in the process. QUAT-800 is easy to use and store. Comes packed in 4.4 gallon/20 ltr packs, sufficient to sanitise about 1.5 million eggs. CHEMICALS Defoamer used to control, where necessary, excessive foam in the wash section. Defoamer is packed in 1.75 pint/ 1 ltr. or 5.5 gallon/ 25 ltr plastic bottles. Cuticle Blue cuticle sensitive solution for quick testing of cuticle and shell structure. Packed in 1.75 pint/1 ltr. (1,000 tests) or 1.1 gallon/5 ltr. [5,000 tests] plastic bottles. OILS Food Grade Mineral Oil - Packed in 220 litre drums - In the U.S. packed in 55 US gallon drums.
