2 Introduction Established in 1965 Walsall Chemical offer over 50 years experience in the manufacture of quality specialist cleaning and metal treatment chemicals for the component manufacturing and remanufacturing industries, these include automotive, locomotive, aerospace and heavy plant. Over the years we have established a large export market and we now export regularly throughout Europe including Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Slovenia, Slovakia and Russia as well as worldwide. Our product range includes spray wash detergents for enclosed wash systems, ultrasonic cleaning detergents, rust and scale removers, user-friendly paint removers and decarbonisers, soak cleaners, rust inhibitors, surface treatment processes such as the Black Diamond room temperature metal blacking process and various phosphate products and metal working fluids such as cutting, grinding and honing fluids. In addition to our own product range we are also proud to be the U.K. distributor for BUPI CLEANER who have more than 14,000 systems for industrial parts cleaning both in national and international markets and are amongst the leaders of there industry. Established in 1954 BUPI CLEANER wash machines are renowned for there robust build quality and reliability. BUPI CLEANER have a wide and varied customer base due to there extensive range of products they have to offer, these range from the TL top loader range to the front loader range of Powertec BASIC single tank wash systems, Powertec PRO twin tank wash systems, Powertec PREMIUM triple tank wash systems. In addition to the standard front loading wash systems BUPI CLEANER also offer the Powertec KLT and RSS wash systems for the cleaning of component handling products such as plastic TC2 storage bins and euro pallets and stillages.

6 Paint Removers & Decarbonisers The Neostrip and Neo-Ecostrip range of paint removers and decarbonisers are formulated to remove a wide range of coatings including polyesters, epoxies, urethanes, alkyd and e-coat paints. Our Neostrip range Introduction are chlorinated solvent based and include both brush on and immersion application types. Neostrip 710 was formulated for the aerospace industry and has Rolls Royce approval as a decarboniser for aviation heat exchangers. The Neo-Ecostrip range are water based (non chlorinated) and again include brush on and immersion application products. 7 Black Diamond Blacking Products Our Black Diamond room temperature blacking process offers a quick, clean and safe way to produce a quality black finish on mild steel components, making it easy to install an in-house process. The Black Diamond Introduction range includes a water based room temperature cleaner, Black Diamond conditioning solution, a choice of Black Diamond standard nickel based blacking solution or the Black Diamond NF (nickel free) blacking solution. We also offer a choice of de-watering oils including the Black Diamond CCI 1376 ultra thin film de-watering oil and the Black Diamond DW21 medium film de-watering oil. Typhoon 2 is ideal for cleaning of vehicles, machinery, plant and equipment via hot or cold pressure washing equipment, typical concentrations are in the range of 2-4%. Neoklene ED22 General Purpose Emulsifiable Solvent Degreaser Neoklene ED22 is a balanced blend of hydrocarbon solvents, amines, mild organic acids and biodegradable surfactants. Its solvent rapidly penetrates oils and grease deposits and its detergents allow emulsification and rinsing with water. The product leaves a slight oil film offering short term rust protection. Neo - Citrasolv 100 Citrus Terpene Emulsifiable Degreaser Neo - citrasolv 100 is a water based blend of anionic/non ionic biodegradable surfactants and citrus terpenes which will rapidly breakdown oils and greases. When rinsed with water the product will emulsify removing the oil and grease deposits and leaving a light rust protective film to give short term rust protection. Neoklene Safety Solvent F.D. Multi - Purpose Fast Air Drying Degreaser Neoklene Safety Solvent F.D. is a powerful blend of Isopropanol Alcohol and light Petroleum Naphtha, offering excellent degreasing properties. Solvent Cleaner F.D. has less hazards than associated with conventional paint thinners and contains no chlorinated solvents, safe on all metals and most plastics, Solvent Cleaner F.D. is fast drying and leaves no residue. Neohib AR22 Mild Alkaline Rust Inhibitor & Light Duty Cleaner Neohib AR22 is a near neutral rust inhibitor and light duty cleaner, capable of offering good corrosion inhibition without leaving a visible or interfering film on the surface. Neohib AR22 is suitable for immersion and spray application at a concentration of 1-2% and a temperature range of 70-80C.

9 Miscellaneous Chemical Products Introduction Neofos 250 Iron Phosphate for Immersion & Spray Applications Neofos 250 is a liquid accelerated iron phosphate containing a detergent based degreasing agent enabling Neofos 250 to degrease and phosphate components in a simultaneous operation. Neofos 250 provides an excellent iron phosphate coating prior to paint/powder coating or plastic bonding to metal. Concentration is generally 2-5% depending on the application at a temperature of 30-70C. Neofos 600 Light Weight Zinc Phosphate for Immersion Application. Neofos 600 is an immersion calcium modified light weight zinc phosphate, formulated for the conversion of iron and steel surfaces to a light zinc phosphate coating. The coating is essentially to aid adhesion of paint and powder coatings. Concentration is normally 4-5% at a temperature of 60-70C. Neofos 400 Heavy Weight Manganese/Iron Phosphate for Immersion Application Neofos 400 produces a heavy weight manganese/iron coating on the surface of iron and steel to reduce wear during running processes. The fine crystalline coating formed on the surface provides oil absorbent and anti wear properties and the structure of the coating provides maximum durability where metal to metal contact is encountered such as gears, shafts etc. Concentration is normally 10-12% at a temperature of 95-98C. Black Lustre Chemical Blacking Salts on Mild Steel Black Lustre blacking salts produce a black oxide impregnated finish on steel surfaces without any dimensional change to the surface. Black Lustre is an extremely high temperature process running at around 143C and a concentration of 1.6 kilos per litre of water. Black Lustre Black on Brass & Copper Black Lustre black on brass & copper is a caustic liquid product which produces a black finish on brass and copper surfaces with no dimensional change. Concentration is generally 1 part to 2 parts water at a temperature of C. Neoblack S Chemical Blacking Salts for Stainless Steel Neoblack S produces a black finish on stainless steel with no dimensional change to the surface. Concentration is generally 500 grams/litre and a temperature of 120C. 9 Component Handling Baskets Tech Rack & Tech Tray Modular Component Carrier System The Tech Rack and Tech Tray systems can be assembled to suit the customers specific requirements, they are both heat and chemical resistant. Due to their plastic construction, components being cleaned are safe from metal to metal contact and subsequent damage. The baskets have been developed for optimised accessibility of the cleaning media. The 600 x 400 mm Tech Rack system consists of a large number of individual components which can be adjusted to the requirements of the customer both in height and size of spaces. The base basket can be loaded with work pieces up to 72 mm in height whilst remaining stackable. The Tech Rack is ideal for transportation, storage and cleaning all in 1 basket. The Tech Tray system 425 x 276 mm and is a modular work piece carrying system offering greater safety and efficiency in industrial component cleaning and intra - plant production logistics. For optimum cleaning results in high sensitive fields, Tech Tray combines the advantages of plastic work piece carriers with the shape of a metal basket base. Safety from damage and optimum rinsing during the cleaning process make Tech Tray the new benchmark in industrial cleaning and handling of components and in component logistics.

22 Second - hand Refurbished Machines Before During After Refurbishment 22 Walsall Chemical can offer when available fully refurbished BUPI CLEANER equipment, all machines under go thorough restoration including removal of all electrics including control panel, heating elements, turntable motor and wash pump for complete overhaul. The spray bars are removed for cleaning and replaced if required, the machine body is then shot blasted externally and internally to remove all internal scale and to produce a good external finish for re-painting. Any damaged external panels are replaced, wash pumps are completely overhauled and mechanical seals replaced along with heating elements and friction drive wheel, door seal and any other electrical components which are faulty. The machine is then re-fitted and tested before despatch, cost of a refurbished machine is generally around half the cost of new equipment. Our team of qualified engineers cover repairs, breakdowns or annual servicing of machines, as well as new equipment installation and on site we carry a range of BUPI CLEANER spares.
